The size of the pill is decently big but I don’t have issues swallowing it. It is still pretty easy to swallow. I have no bad side effects from it. My energy level does seem better overall. My pee honestly is more green from it which I find interesting. I am happy with this product and I plan to continue purchasing.

I specifically need a multivitamin with iron and have used Earth’s Blend Superfood Multi with Iron for years. They are vegetarian, though I am not a vegetarian. I just find that vegetarian supplements are much easier on my digestive system and do not cause any aftertaste.
The Superfood blend has had a great positive impact on my health. I’m able to reap the benefits of these foods without having to ‘eat’ them. As a diabetic, my diet can be restrictive, even when consuming natural sugars. (And nope, this is NOT medical advice, just sharing my personal experience.)
The Green Superfoods in here is like mixing up a green smoothie, just without all the sugar (even if it is natural sugar) and who’s got the time for that fuss anyhow. Same with the Veggie Berry Blend. I’m not going to be able to eat enough berries/certain veggies or drink berry/vegetable juices for the benefit to outweigh the impact on my glucose levels. I realize this is different for everyone, and there are ALL sorts of ways to mitigate this, but I’m only sharing my experience with this after many trials and errors personal to me.

I wanted to switch from centrum vitamins to a more organic brand. Searched amazon and found this. Decided to give it a try after reading the reviews. I have been using this multivitamin for two months now and absolutely love it! It doesn’t give me nausea and very gentle on my body. This is a very high quality organic vitamin for the price! I prefer this vitamin now than any brand I have ever tried in the past. Love this vitamin and will never go back to my old centrum vitamins. My body has felt much better switching to this organic multivitamin. I highly recommend! Give it a try!

My teenage son & I both take these & love them. They’re easy to swallow/not too big, they’ve cleared up our skin, improved our moods & boosted our immune systems. I love all the whole foods that are included in the supplement, because we’re not the greatest at eating a super balanced diet (ARFID), but I really feel like this fills in those gaps for us! I love that it’s got probiotics & an adaptogenic blend included! I also love that it’s one pill per day, it makes it so much easier for our neuro-spicy household to manage! 🙌🏼 I have recommended these to all of my friends & family. The product is like any other vitamin in a veggie capsule. I personally have always struggled to swallow pills and the veggie capsule is no different. Sometimes I feel like they get stuck in my through but with enough fluids they go down easy. The nutrients themselves are really showing up in my bloodwork. I wasn’t taking a multivitamin prior to starting on these and I had quite a few deficiencies but now I’m getting back on track with my nutrients have being these vitamins. Overall, great little powerhouse of a pill.
Side note: I wish they made a vitamin D3 with K2 with 1000 IUI’s of D3. Then I could get all my vitamins from one source.

Switched to these after my other long time vitamins changed ingredients and these are great! They are organic and have better ingredients than my old ones. I noticed that I know have more energy and am dreaming more while sleeping. I’m definitely more focused getting things done, too. I take this with water after a meal and have had no stomach issues.
