I recommend this 100%. I first started using Emu oil because my CPAP mask is a nasal pillow and was rubbing nose raw. Only a paraben free lotion can be used, so pure Emu Oil is perfect, it is, in fact, what the CPAP creams are made of. Those CPAP creams are tiny and expensive and since Emu oil cream is so wonderful you’ll want to start using it more. This Australian Emu cream is JUST what I was looking for! a BIG jar of quality, papaben free cream with the oil. It’s thicker than the little CPAP tubes so I actually use less. I have severe chronic migraines and am extremely sensitive to perfumes and chemical smells, plus I apply it under and in my nose, so you can believe me when I say that this has little to no odor. It is very thick and rich but not greasy, it does soak in quickly. I can not say anything about the feeling of the ratio of oil in the cream but I can say that I am thrilled to have found it. I am considering ordering another jar just in case they run out because it is hard to find just the right product when you are looking for it. (note to CPAP users: since I’m using this for CPAP I want to keep the cream as clean as possible so I use clean Q-Tips to scoop out the cream and then smear that on the back of my hand. This way my fingers never touch the cream and I have confidence that it is as healthy as possible)

The first thing that drew me to this product is it’s NOT TESTED ON ANIMALS. Upon opening I noticed the slight scent. I have a very sensitive nose and was worried I wouldn’t be able to use this product. So after my shower I decided to give it a try. Boy am I glad I did as this is the best body cream I have ever used. It only took a small amount to cover my body which is nice cause I normally go thru a bottle a week of regular lotion. After applying I was surprised that this cream did not leave a greasy film as well as the scent was actually very pleasant as it was not over bearing. I have now used this cream for a week and can see and feel a big difference in my elbows, knees and feet ( as these are my worst dry areas ) Through out the day I was my hands quite a bit.. we live on a farm as well as just regular house chores. I always keep a bottle of lotion by the sink and use a squirt after every wash. Well using this cream I have not had to use that lotion as this sticks with you even through washing of hands. I did apply maybe twice during the day and that’s with dozens of washing’s I will be purchasing more of this product as it has now replaced all other lotions. I highly recommend to anyone that has dry skin or just needs a good body moisturizer.

This was recommended to me by the PA for my radiation oncologist. I used it through radiation and had minimal burning. I now use it for my whole body moisturizer after getting out of the shower. I live in a dry, arid climate and when I use this moisturizer after each shower, my skin feels soft and almost wet, like it does when I vacation in humid areas.
There’s no scent and it doesn’t bother my skin at all, even though I have sensitive skin. It’s not greasy and feels very light once you’ve put it on.

Pretty good stuff. Not a cure for actual skin conditions though. A lot of people here seem to conflate eczema with “really dry skin” and claim this as some kind of miracle cure. Eczema outbreaks are not just dry skin. There is an autoimmune inflammation response that requires real medical treatment; it’s why things like zincofax, cortizone, and Betaderm exist. If this emu oil cream “cured your eczema” you didn’t have it to begin with; you had dry, damaged and irritated skin. Call a spade a spade.
That said, this is hands down the most effective moisturizer i have used in a long time. It feels clean and light, it doesn’t require ounces at a time for nice coverage, and its mild yet pleasant natural fragrance dissipates quickly. I highly recommend this as a critical part of your skin care routine. But I have to recommend you talk to a medical professional if you have treatment-resistant rashes; Amazon is not a surrogate to science.

So glad I decided to give this product a chance! I’m one of those kinds of people who are forever searching for that perfect moisturizer that I can use day and night and on my face and body. This quest has left me with a drawer full and a cabinet full of moisturizers only half used over the years…..from top name cosmetic companies to top of the line you name it! Out of guilt I’ve saved them but will be trashing all of them. This moisturizer had everything I was looking for. It is all natural, absorbs phenomenally, has a light, fresh and pleasing scent that dissipates almost as quickly as your skin drinks in the magic. It has left my skin in better condition than it has been in years. It feels velvety soft and smooth and supple and is soothed afterwards. It has even helped a few blemishes I had on my neck and chest heal. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the quality and performance of this cream. It soothes and heals as well as moisturizes without any trace of oil or annoying fragrances. I LOVE IT!

I absolutely love how silky this feels and how quickly it absorbs. I feel so sexy right now… BUT, I smell like I broke into an old folk’s home and stole some old lady’s perfume and doused myself in it. PLEASE MAKE AN UNSCENTED VERSION! I love this feeling so much, but unfortunately I’ll never be able to use it before I have to be around other people under 80.
