It supports the entire body for well being and fights free-radicals. It is fascinating for me to learn papaya leaves contain such an abundance of vitamins and minerals. Apparently, nature has many secrets that are being unveiled more and more with products many are not familiar with.
I am so happy I have begun to take this supplement and have had positive results. I used to take papaya enzymes for digestion which is what made me interested in this supplement. Consequently, akin to papaya the leaf contains papain, which aid in good digestion, and make this is a very valuable supplement. I have had all positive reactions to it and I recommend trying it as the possible benefits are numerous.
Papaya leaf extract is indeed a product of a super fruit and an all natural product without additives which is great! Papaya leaf extract offers so much for health and wellbeing and is a powerhouse literally encapsulated in a capsule. Taking it as a capsule is easy to swallow while I would have enjoyed if it was chewable and reminiscent of papaya enzymes, which were orange, but this is entirely different and therefore would not taste as sweet as the fruit. Hence, a capsule is a great way to ingest it and I highly recommend it.

I recall that a papaya leaf supplement was recommended to me by my doctor for its excellent health benefits, and this specific product has high quality natural ingredients. It is made to GMP standards and as if that wasn’t enough, it is also ISO 22000 certified as well. Being a Non-GMO, Vegan product is a plus, and the capsules are easy to down with a glass of water. I take 2 with a meal as directed and this is a 2 month supply, which further adds to its value. All things considered, it is quite easy to recommended.

The Ayorish Papaya Leaf 12:1 Extract would be my first experience with taking papaya in capsule form. I have been taking the chewable papaya enzyme tablets as needed with my meals for over 15 years, so thought it would be great to try papaya in this form, as well. At 120000 mg per serving, I was excited to see how much better they would be than my what I have been using. I took two with my dinner last night and another two with my breakfast this morning and I haven’t had any type of negative response to them at all. This brand has a lot of integrity in their product and it’s clean and chemical-free, so if you only like organic and GMO-free products, this one would be worth a try! I will update this review in a few weeks if I have any additional feedback to add!

For those that do not know, this essentially works like a laxative due to the digestive enzymes. So if you have a sensitive stomach then be careful.
The label states this is formulated in the USA. But where this is manufactured is not shown and I care more about where something is made than where the formula was designed. I am guessing these are made in India since the company Ayorish is located there. I just dislike the non transparency and know there are people that would like to know where a product is made, prior to putting it in your body.
So the supplement itself is to be taken 1x a day (2 capsules) with food. 2 months worth is good especially considering that it is recommended not to take this for more than 5 days in a row.
The capsules are easy enough to take and there is no flavor or aftertaste. They are effective.
The papaya leaf is a benefitial plant, and it is shown to have wonderful properties (antibacterial, antiviral, antiinflammatory etc).
Definitely check for interactions with your meds or medical conditions, as I did notice that there were some that advise not to consume papaya root.
Overall the cost isn’t too bad and I like that this is pure papaya leaf extract without any additional ingredients.

I thought papaya was good for digestion, but that’s probably the fruit and not the leaves. The leaves reportedly do other things, neither of which I need at the moment, thank heavens, and neither of which I am likely to need. I will keep this on hand just in case, but would not buy this again.
