As gummies, these are pretty good. They smell fine, are well shaped, don’t stick together, and have a nice fruity flavor. They could easily pass as candy.
As a supplement, well, I honestly haven’t noticed any difference. I haven’t noticed an improvement in appetite or a boost in energy levels. The label warns that it might cause GI discomfort, but I haven’t experienced any of that either.
I’m not qualified to talk about the medical benefits anyway, so I’ll just say that by the standards of supplement gummies, these seem above average. There’s not much in the way of certification on the label, but they seemed to be made with some degree of care at least.
