I have been trying out a few different sets of shilajit honey sticks to supplement my garden, and it has been working well ! I picked this one because it is dissolved in honey already which will make dissolving this into water much easier than pure resin. I cannot comment on the taste or whatever, because I have not eaten any but once again works well in my garden and is easy to use. The cardboard container it comes with is also quite nice for keeping them all together.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with these honey sticks. I thought they were going to be solid given the “sticks” description, but they are liquid. There are 30 packets that contain about 1 teaspoon of liquid each which is a lot less than I thought was going to be in them. I just took the liquid straight up out of the packet and did not mix it without anything. It is a thinner liquid than I expected. You taste mostly the honey with a hint of saffron. I did feel that I had more energy throughout the day, but whether that was from the mixture of the contents, due to the natural sugars from the honey or if it was placebo remains to be seen, but I will continue to use them and see how they have an effect on my energy levels. All the packets come in a large container that keeps them all together.

This is nothing but watered down or diluted honey. Zero palpable effects.

These shilijat honey sticks are packed in a large decorative tube.
I can taste hints of honey in this dark liquid-like substance. Using these shilijat honey sticks in my tea is fine, however I can’t get use to taking this directly from each stick. The taste directly from the stick is not horrible, it’s just not typical honey because of the shilijat added.
Overall, I’m looking forward to positive health outcomes from replacing using sugar in my tea with these sticks.

These honey sticks are great for on the go. Perfect to mix into a tea/ coffee or a fruit juice. It’s a lighter honey but flavor full. I noticed some sticks were filled more than others. I notice having it in the morning benefits me because it gives me a boost of energy. If I did this at night, i wouldn’t be able to sleep

I got this for my husband who has tried different shilajit resins and didn’t really love them. This one is one of the better ones we’ve tried because of its ease of use. It comes in a nice package in individually wrapped single serve packets. All you really
Have to do is open it up and take it straight up or mix it in your drink. The taste is not awful but it’s not delicious. The saffron gives it a nice flavor and some added benefits (mood enhancer). It doesn’t have a strong smell and we both felt a bit of a boost from it. It’s great for pre or post workout, and the price is fair. I recommend this shilajit.
Norma’s Daughter –
The container and pouches are both larger than I was expecting to receive, however the actual content of each pouch is closer to my expectation (the pouches are mostly empty). If I had to guess I’d say each pouch contains from somewhere around a half tsp to a full tsp of fairly runny honey (I went through several pouches before deciding it was pure honey, just of a low viscosity nature, rather than honey mixed with water) mixed with shilajit.
The honey has a somewhat ‘dark’ flavor to it, but it’s still quite good if you just take it straight from the pouch, which I’ve done a few times. I’m sure some people probably only use it in this way to give themselves a little shot of energy throughout the day. Mostly I use the pouches in tea to help sweeten it a little bit.
Overall this is a very pleasant way to get shilajit into your daily nutrient intake.
