These are fantastic! I got them to bring and use on business trips with me. I actually like to use honey to sweeten my coffee most days, and I like to use shilajit at homes, this is like a super convenient double whammy for me. $9.99 for 10 is a fantastic price. They even taste good enough to eat alone as a quick pick me up when desired, which I have tried. You can definitely taste the shilajit, when having it alone, but that’s expected. I would absolutely order these again and recommend to my health conscious friends.

I had the pleasure of trying the Shilajit Honey Sticks from Natruveda, and I’m thoroughly impressed with their quality and convenience. Each stick combines the potent benefits of Himalayan Shilajit resin and Kashmiri saffron in a mess-free, portable package. The flavor is subtly sweet and earthy, a perfect balance that feels both indulgent and healthy. I love that they’re made with pure ingredients, free from artificial additives, and even the packaging avoids printed ink for safety. These sticks are incredibly handy, whether I’m at the gym, at work, or traveling—they fit seamlessly into my daily routine. The crystallization process, which I initially noticed, reassured me of the product’s purity, and a quick dip in warm water returned them to their liquid form without any loss of taste. It’s heartwarming to know that Natruveda donates 10% of their profits to help children in need, making my purchase feel even more meaningful. The saffron adds a luxurious touch, enhancing both the taste and wellness benefits. These honey sticks are a fantastic way to incorporate natural health into my day effortlessly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a blend of convenience, flavor, and holistic wellness.

So, this is a clever combination that will deliver very quick energy when you need it, is completely portable, and tastes great. I love these, and the fact that there are ten tiny tubes that I can take… wherever.
These combine the flavor of Shilajit resin with the great sweetness of honey. I can really taste the Shilajit in there. I’m a big fan of Shilajit resin, not only because of all the benefits, but I actually enjoy the taste. My wife… not so much. Needless to say, she’s not a fan of these Shilajit Honey sticks.
I find that the product is somewhat gritty, like very fine sugar. It’s super sweet, and there’s no mistaking the Shilajit’s presence. If you’re not someone that loves that Shilajit flavor, these may not be for you.
I will note that one of these tubes will deliver 400mg of Shilajit. Not bad.
There is something else to consider: There are also 6.6g of carbs in each tube. This is particularly important for those that are diabetic, or following a ketogenic diet, or perhaps are just monitoring and controlling their carbohydrate intake.
I really enjoy these, and I recommend them to all Shilajit fans.

The packaging is convenient, no sticky mess or fuss, which made it easy to toss a few sticks in my bag. The taste is something truly unique, a rich, earthy sweetness from the honey balanced with the slightly smoky and deep flavor of Shilajit, and then there’s this faint floral hint from the saffron that lingers just enough to make you notice. I started using them whenever I needed a quick pick me up, and it felt like such a treat compared to plain honey. It’s not just the flavor, though, it feels like this little ritual of having something special just for myself. One time I was stuck in traffic and pulled one out just to feel a little calmer, it’s like they carry this natural warmth that makes me slow down for a second. I’ve shared them with a couple of friends who had no idea what Shilajit was, and they were surprised by how different and intriguing the flavor was compared to regular honey. I feel like each stick is this tiny dose of indulgence, and I love how portable and hassle free they are. It’s not something I ever expected to like so much, but they’ve definitely become a little part of my routine that I look forward to.

The honey sticks are good! And the taste is as expected for a honey combined with shilajit. I would describe the taste mostly like honey, but with an under flavor akin to licking the black top on a warm summer day. That black street taste and smell sort of ruminates throughout this honey. I find it both comical and strange all at once. I’m not totally sure or sold out mentally with the whole shilajit trend. I mean it’s literally asphalt from high up in the mountains in a certain area. How did the asphalt get up in the mountains though? Who’s putting asphalt up in the mountains? And who decided it was a good idea to start licking the asphalt up in the mountains? And then why did someone think it was a good idea to start selling that asphalt so that others could lick it too?? So many questions, so little time. Interesting enough the scientific name for shilajit is literally asphaltum….. get it? It’s asphalt. lol

I got this because of the high level of fulvic acid in the mix, as well as being dissolved in honey. The honey makes it quite easy to mix in with my fertilizers, compared to the actual resin. I have not eaten any sine I have gotten it with the intention to use with plants. So far the plants respond well and the honey can replace a little bit of molasses.
