This creatine does the job well as most other creatines. The amount you get for thie price is a little less than other options, so it’s not the best value. That said, it is good quality and purity.

I am not very knowledgeable about supplements. I’ve been taking one brand of creatine (Beyond Raw’s HC1) for over a year now so my experience with the pros and cons of other brands is also limited. But given the chance, I jumped at the opportunity to try a new creatine.
In comparison to the brand I’m familiar with, this brand contains Taurine, which is an amino acid. I think for the average person the addition of Taurine is not necessary, but if you’re chasing peak performance you could give this a shot.
Additionally, this brand of creatine lacks any flavor whatsoever, which is genuinely welcome. As the brand I’m familiar with is mixed with Hydrochloric Acid — which has benefits but — which gives the powder a taste similar to the sour-sugar mix left at the bottom of a candy bag. That said, it makes it even easier to incorporate into protein shakes as it does not instill a slightly sour taste.
The price of the product also seems to be relatively good for what is supposed to be a “clean” product. The brand I’m familiar with is about $5-7 more for the same amount of serving sizes.
One last nice thing about this product too is that each scoop does offer 5.4g of Creatine which is the recommended daily dose.

This is definitely a bit pricier than just normal creatine. That said, I absolutely love the creatine/taurine combo. Even if you’re not doing the heavy lifting, the creatine + taurine benefits for brain health are big. I think it’s very useful to have these around in your supplement shelf! Worth the price, but if you’re on a budget I would stick with regular creatine.

Normally, my usual spiel about supplements is to make sure you are buying from companies / brands that NSF / USP certify their products, or use other third party certifiers like Informed Choice or Clean Label. I like that you can actually scan the batch / lot of this product to look up the COA data sheet. Anyways, it’s pure creatine with some taurine. I really like it.

I really like that this has both creatine monohydrate and taurine together. I’ve been supplementing with both separately over the past half-year as part of my pre-workout routine, generally using 5 grams of creatine monohydrate and 1 gram of taurine. I’ve found those to be levels that have worked for me to build significantly over that time and have quite a bit of energy for the gym. This has the 5 g of creatine, and 400mg of taurine, so a bit less than I’ve typically been taking for taurine but nice to have them together in one mix. No taste and mixes clean in my electrolyte drink mix with minimal residue after. Overall, I’m very pleased.

I have never tried creatine before, but I have been lifting weights and trying to stay strong as I age. I selected this option since it is clean label project tested. It does not taste like anything, which is good, but it does not dissolve very well. I will shake it multiple times, but the particles are only temporarily suspended in the water. Most of the time, at the end of my bottle, there is just a bunch of sediment, so I wonder how much I am actually consuming. It may be better to put into a smoothie or something that will hold it better than water.

This creatine supplement mixes easy. Its easy to intake and is easy on the gut. Also the best part is its been a good add on on both workout and recovery days. Helps feel fuller as well and taste wise no issues.

I absolutely love that this brand is Clean Label Project Certified! If you’re not familiar with it, take a minute and look it up.
With 60 servings per container, it’s a bit more expensive than some other reputable brands and also cheaper than some, but I believe it’s worth it for the certification. If you scan the QR code on the label, you can see the batch information. I’ve seen very few brands do this—most seem to make a bunch of claims and then make those claims impossible to confirm, but no Puori!
It’s flavorless and blends well, and I am thrilled to have this product and be introduced to this brand. Zero complaints.
