Just got my first bag of the tropical variety hydration packets. I think the main thing I noticed about them is how clean they taste . With just a hint of flavor it causes them to be lighter and more refreshing than any other hydrating product I’ve tried. I also like that they have just the right amount of salts, not overdone like most of the others.
The stevia,which I normally don’t like, is way better in Nectars . I feel good ,even cheerful, I know weird huh? But I really think the Nectar company has the ingredients wonderfully balanced to create a hydration fruity enzyme combo that is truly terrific!

Out of all the hydration packets I’ve tried, I like these the best. The flavor is subtle. Most packets are a huge punch of flavor but these aren’t like this. The flavor is minimal and not overbearing.
I love the ingredients are clean and the product is zero sugar.
Right now I’m not getting the higher energy or focus, but it could be happening and I just don’t know or feel it.
But overall I think this is a great product and will continues to recommend it for a hydration pack compared to others out there.

Two quick things- I’ve tried all the flavors now and I love them all. I think the cherry pomegranate is my least favorite but it’s even passable so that’s a win with the sugar free hydration packet market options.
Also, I wanted to clarify that I usually put my packets in about 30oz of water. That’s more than it says to (it recommends 16oz) but I don’t need or want strong flavor and it also extends their use. I think some of them could go half a pack per bottle, but the amount per packet is very small and hard to determine where “half” is.
So I’m not SURE they’re more cost effective if I’m doing a whole pack per bottle whereas I could do a half a pack of the more expensive one. (Anyway, I’m rambling and that’s just my two cents on being cheap and enjoying just a tiny bit of flavor) 🤷🏼♀️
Bottom line- a great tasting sugar free option.

I first started drinking hydration packets a few years ago and drank one that was not sugar free. It’s delicious but pretty pricey. I also wondered about the sugar I was ingesting by having one or two or sometimes three a day (I live at high altitude).
I’ve tried other sugar free hydration drinks that have made me want to spit them out. I’m a little picky I guess but when it tastes like you’re chewing on a vitamin (it has that gross taste), I’ll pass.
I once again decided to try another brand and see how this one did. I got the variety pack since one brand’s delicious lime can be another’s undrinkable swill.
I first tried the cherry pomegranate (I reached in blindly for a surprise). This was a flavor I was less than excited to try. Hard flavors to get right. But I was actually really pleased by it. Lightly tart but with no overly artificial flavors. Next I tried lemon (usually a fave but so many companies get it wrong). Oh it was SO GOOD.
I’ve only tried those two so far but I not only have good hopes for the others, but I’d be happy to buy lemon on its own since it was so delicious. They did not overly sweeten the lemon. It was ALMOST like crystal light lemonade IF you could imagine it with a subtle flavor and WITHOUT the chemical taste. (So, good luck imagining that 😅)
I think nectar has figured out hydration packets without sugar, without a crazy price tag, and without the nasty taste (I’m sensitive to the taste of a lot of sweeteners). 10/10 would recommend. Try the variety pack!

These are so good! They are made right with salt and potassium, real fruit as the flavoring and they taste good! Highly recommend these for everyone and even kids, half pack for kids!

My doctor suggested an enhanced hydration mix for my dehydration symptoms. I tried a different brand that is supposed to allow up to 3 times normal hydration than just water but it had a sharp metallic taste to it. Then I tried this brand and found it doesn’t have the nasty metallic taste that the other brand I was using had so I have reordered the Nectar brand. It doesn’t taste bad or have that metallic taste of the other brand but the taste it does have is rather muted . I mix it with water exactly as specified but honestly it doesn’t have much of any discernable taste. It is easy to drink and keeps me hydrated but a little more flavor would improve it.

I’ve been trying to find a hydration electrolyte drink that is not so sweet and continues a lot of sugar. With Nectar, I appreciate that it uses organic fruit and contains no added sugars, making it a healthier alternative to sugary sport drinks.
