Biolyte is my go to for hydration! I was thrilled when they came out with these powder packs. So convenient! I sent this order to my son in the military for when he goes out in the field! They fit perfect in his ruck sack! They taste great, works and dissolves easily! He said they are a game changer when they are out in the field! 🇺🇸🇺🇸

Excellent stuff! We keep the packets in the house and in the car to add to bottled water after exertion or exercise to replentish minerals lost sweating…Good for you and tastes delicious. Would be great to sip during or after the flu too!

I am prone to heat exhaustion, especially when I’m on my motorcycle for 6-8 hours/day. I had some liquid IV by another manufacturer & it was fabulous. I couldn’t find it on Amazon so I tried this brand. I got the melon brand, tried it yesterday & again today. The flavor is so incredibly horrible & the aftertaste is even worse..I can’t stomach it again. I hate wasting $$

Biolyte is a necessity for us as professional musicians. My husband had heat exhaustion after playing 2 back to back summer shows outdoors in 2018. Firefighter friends of our recommended Biolyte and we’ve been using it ever since. He’s also Santa so he even uses it for those gigs! We’ve just made it through our 4th of July holiday shows (4,5&6th in 95+ degree heat 🥵) using the new packets with great success and no symptoms of overheating! We use it preventively ahead of and during shows and have not had any issues! The packets are going to be so much more cost effective for us and allowed in luggage means we can take it anywhere!

The powder in the packets is very hard and all clumped together. IDK if they send a bad or old batch or what. Definitely can’t get this into a water bottle. Have to put it in a glass. But the price is better than the premixed bottles, it works well and the taste isn’t that bad. Annoying to use but it is what it is I guess.

Spent a long holiday weekend with family at the lake, which meant being outside in the awful heat often, in and out of the water, and having the occasional adult beverage. Despite drinking plenty of water, after three days, I experienced tingling in arms, legs, face, and was super light headed anytime I got up to move around. Thankfully one of my relatives with us is a doctor and he mixed me up one of these and I was like new within an hour. I experience dehydration symptoms often due to certain medications I have to take daily, and the tingly and twitchy feeling is the worst, and water alone never seems to help. So once we got back home from the trip, I ordered some packets and received them today. The flavor is not bad at all, although a little salty but I can live with that. I’ll probably try other flavors that are less so at some point, I just went with the one I was given since I already knew what to expect.
