After working out and getting a nice chest and triceps pumps from doing weighted dips, I like to pop open one of these bags with a nice chicken salad; crumble them on top or them out of the bag. I’m not picky but I do enjoy good flavor which IMHO these have being thay they’re made with protein. Of course you’re not going to have the same taste that other brands that have little to no protein have, but the flavor is great regardless. Plus gains.

My absolute least favorite thing about this product is the fact that it has stevia. It is most noticeable in the bbq flavor.
I think flavor wise these three aren’t bad but they’re not good either. I would only return to these flavor options if I cut out the carb equivalent.
If I had to rank the three:
1. Sour cream and onion (Best)
2. Sour cream and cheese
3. Bbq
I think the sour cream and onion does the best job at masking the protein chip flavor and the rest don’t really do a good job. However there’s this weird bitter/horseradish taste doesn’t taste super oniony either but the flavor is strong and the best of the three. The sour cream and cheese reminds me of the taco flavor but makes me sad because the taco flavor is infinitely better and better than all of these chips (their tortilla base is better taste/more neutral flavor/better texture). The bbq flavor comes in strong but fades and leaves you with the chip flavor.. not to mention the noticeable different in taste that Stevia provides. Sour cream and cheddar was too tart / could have used more mildness from the sour cream.
Overall not a bad snack to get some extra protein in/avoid carbs. But get the taco flavor over this set.

Are they a great value? No. Are they as good as traditional chips (potato/corn…etc.) No. But if you want a chip snack that is indeed high in protein without a lot of carbs or fat, well, they do taste decent (though a bit pasty) and can satisfy the chip craving.
They are expensive, for what they are, but there isn’t much, if any competition. They also have very few chips per package. Seriously, each bag is about ¼-⅓ full and that’s it!

Alright, let’s get one thing straight—these Quest Protein Chips are NOT your grandma’s greasy, fried, melt-in-your-mouth Lays. Nope, they’re more like the baked cousin who hits the gym five days a week and swears by protein powder. But you know what? I’m not mad about it. In fact, I’m loving it.
I mean, yes, they’re protein chips, so don’t expect a flavor explosion that’ll knock your socks off like the deep-fried wonders. But let’s be real—when you’re craving chips, and you want to pretend like you’re being -responsible- and healthy, these babies do the job.
First off, let’s talk flavors: BBQ, Cheddar & Sour Cream, and Sour Cream & Onion. It’s like a chip buffet or a mini muckbang for your taste buds. BBQ is smoky and just the right amount of sweet, like a backyard cookout, minus the sticky fingers. Cheddar & Sour Cream? Deliciously cheesy, like someone invited your taste buds to a party and only the good snacks showed up. And Sour Cream & Onion—classic. A little tangy, a little savory, and a whole lotta awesome.
Now, texture-wise, think baked Lays, not fried Lays. They’re a bit lighter, a little more crunchy, and honestly? I’m okay with that because HELLO, protein chips! We’re here for the gainz, right? All right, who am I kidding. We’re here because we’re keto or something like it and looking to cheat. Well, theese bad boys don’t leave you with chip guilt, high carbs, or the oily fingers. Win-win.
And let’s talk about the protein. You’d never guess you’re chomping on something that’s actually good(ish) for you. It’s like sneaking into the junk food world with a healthy passport. “Yes, I’m eating chips… but also fueling my muscles, thank you very much.”
Do they 100% cure my fried-chip cravings? Meh, no, because nothing replaces a deep-fried chip party. BUT when I’m trying to be healthy and still want to satisfy that salty snack urge, these hit the spot like a champ. Plus, I can throw back an entire bag without feeling like I need to repent at the gym for a week.
Final verdict? 5 stars. These protein-packed crunchy delights will be your new best friend when the snack monster strikes. Just don’t expect them to taste like grandma’s secret-recipe potato chips. They’re like the gym buddy of the chip world—motivating, healthy, and still pretty darn tasty.
TLDR: Quest Protein Chips are like baked Lays that go to CrossFit. Tasty, crunchy, and totally satisfying when the chip cravings hit.

The chips were purchased through a lightning deal! They are a great protein loaded snack! The variety of flavors is awesome and with the lightning deal it was the best deal I’ve seen. Quality seems great however a little over on the sodium. There’s a big chain store that sells a two flavor pack for a little less and when a coupon is offered it’s actually the lowest price I’ve seen at less than 1.50 per bag. Keep looking if these are too expensive. They are worth the cost of $2 per bag but need to look for the deals:)

These chips are awesome. I am a bariatric patient, and these help me meet my protein goals and feel like a nice treat.
The flavors are really tasty and the texture is similar to the baked lays potato chips.

Finding a tasty low carb chip is no easy task. After reading the label I decided to give these a whirl. If the label is to be believed then this is a truly safe snack for those of us who need to cut carbs.
These are as tasty as your average baked chip. A little dry, but very crunchy and satisfying. Unlike a lot of snacks, a bag of these really do satisfy a craving for a good long time, rather than revving up your appetite. The flavorings are pretty typical and what you would expect. They do contain Stivia, but not much and I believe it’s a pretty benign sugar substitute. They are pretty salty, so keep that in mind if you are watching your sodium.
