   This knee hot and cold pad is fantastic. After a tough workout playing pickle ball or golf I pull my pad from the freezer and wrap it around my knee for quick and effective relief. With the Velcro straps I can use the Sherpa and walk around doing other things and continue the pain relief. I highly recommend this new and innovative design, cold or hot, soft and comfortable lining pressed against my knee. I also use for other body areas as need be. Great product primary use and can be used in other body areas beyond the knee.

   Stays cold for 30 minutes. Easy to use. Too short to provide cold to the back of the knee

   Buy it! I’m writing this review mainly because I bought two items at the same time to help me with one problem and they were both so amazing that after six months I decided they both deserve five star reviews. I bought this in July 2024 with another item: and I think was my first Amazon review: the Wopoky Brand Patella Tendon knee strap $14.99. I have been buying on Amazon for as long as I can remember, but I think this might be my 2nd review on Amazon. I was in my early 30s when I hurt my knee while lifting a dining room cabinet. Over the years off and on I’ve had trouble with my knee, but now that I’m in my early 60s and especially in the last seven months, it’s becoming a bigger problem. I was always very active and always exercising at the gym or doing a lot of walking and 8 to 25 mile bike rides daily. I’m not doing that anymore and that’s not helping and it’s clearly affecting my bones and muscles and now I’m 63 years old with early signs of osteoporosis my right knee is having more and more problems. Because i’m sitting all day working at a desk with no exercise is just making it worse. Over the summer I went to Disney World with my family and we walked about 35 miles in 3 1/half days. I didn’t notice any knee problems until after we got home. I was in serious trouble because I wasn’t used to all that walking and I wasn’t exercising at all before our trip. My knee started giving me so much trouble. I had to start icing it. I had trouble going up and down the stairs and just trouble walking in general. When we were at Disney World, I noticed my son-in-law‘s sister who is in her 30s was wearing a knee strap the whole time we were there. I asked her about it after we got back from Disney and my knee was hurting and she told me how much she liked it so I bought the Patella Tendon knee strap and this ice pack for the price I figured I can’t go wrong. I was right it worked amazing right after I started wearing the knee strap and icing I realized I should’ve been wearing one of these while at Disney World,, but never thought of it ahead of time. This little knee strap really helped in just a few days. I wore it during the day all day long and I would take it off before I would go to sleep. I did the icing 3 times a day for about 25 minutes for about seven days of doing this my pain went away and I was able to get up and down the stairs with no trouble. This ice pack is super comfortable and feels really good on the knee. You can also use it for other things even your arm if you needed to. I love the product! I would highly recommend this for anyone and although it looks like simple It really is amazing for the money. It’s well worth it 100%. Yes I would buy it again!

   Works but you have to be really careful with it…I put it in my cooler with a frozen meal to take to work and the box edges of my meal cut four slits into it. This seems a little ridiculous…the box isn’t sharp, the ice pack was just in my lunchbox in the car for twenty minutes on my way to work and when I arrived and opened it to stick it on the freezer (I ice my knee at my desk) it was leaking gel everywhere.

   This is probably the most useful thing you’ll ever buy if you purchase one. I’ve tried other wraps, but this one beats them all for comfort and the heat and cold last a long time. It’s easy to use and durable. Highly recommend.

   SHERPA THERAPY Knee Ice Pack Wrap: Well made, even luxurious. Tough fabric on outside and soft and wonderful velvety fleece on inside. ICE SECTION is 11″ long by 10″ wide. Strap portion is 23″, so 34″ total. BUT the strap has to wrap quite a ways around to get to a part the velcro teeth can grab. Great for thin legs. For my plus sized legs, I would have preferred a longer pack and longer straps. I just barely can get this to attach. My post-knee replacement knee measures 21″ circumference (around the knee). If your knee is much larger than that, this probably will not stay on, though you could balance it on top of the knee or use your own straps around it. For comparison, my old ice pack measures 20 inches long by 9″ wide (ICE part) PLUS 27″ elastic straps for a total of 47″, so this is13 inches shorter than my previously purchased (at a county fair in another state) ice pack. I am using this, but have ordered a replacement for it which has a 20″ long ice section, and have located another 20″ one in case the next one I ordered does not work out. My longer one (from Amazon also) is due to arrive today. I gave this 5 stars, because thin-legged people will LOVE this.
