I took these vitamins for a couple of months, and at first I was satisfied with them. They are a good value for the money and are conveniently packaged. However after awhile of taking them, they started to bother my stomach. I believe it was just too many pills to take at once. I switched back to a daily prepackaged multivitamin that comes in a morning packet and evening packet.

I like most of the ingredients for these vitamin supplement packs except for the fact that the krill supplement has vanilla alcohol and sorbitol. Why add in these unnecessary ingredients to reduce the quality of the product? It smells unnaturally sweet and gave me a gastrointestinal discomfort after taking it for a few days. It’s gotten so bad that I had to remove the krill supplement pill and discard it each time I take the pack. I then had to replace it with my store bought fish oil pills—which counteract the benefit of having a convenient vitamin pack. So unnecessary to taint what is good just to make it smell better. For that, this is not a value for my money.

My husband and I bought the total health pack for men and women and after doing some research online and finding out more about the Universal brand. We have been taking the supplements for 8 days now and we have both noticed an immediate change in our mood, energy levels, and focus levels. The fact that these supplements have many different multivitamins for men and women makes it an excellent all-in-one which is so convenient. Overall, we have loved the supplements so far and we are excited to try other products that this brand has to offer.

I’ve been using it for a while now and definitely feel an improved mood. It can be hard to tell if supplements work or not but so far I’ve been really enjoying this men’s supplement. Convenient, money saving and has all a wide range of vitamins…looking forward to the long term benefits of taking this!!

this product is both a time and wallet saver. the box comes with individually wrapped pill-packs that have replaced the 6 different vitamin supplement I take on a daily basis. the pill-pack included a multivitamin, cognitive and mood, male health, digestion with a big bonus being a krill-oil instead of a cheap omega fish oil.
the product is definitely cheaper than buying all of those vitamins sepertaley, and the pill-packs are easy to travel with. I was going through their website, and they have great reviews and do a lot around safety, lab testing and premium sourcing of some of their key ingredients.
a 5 star and highly recommended. I placed an order for the joint and bone health product that I see they have as well.

I’ve taken other multivitamin packs, but this is the most complete multivitamins for men that I’ve found. My wife has actually told me my mood and stress levels have improved lol. The individual packs are convenient for someone like me who is constantly travelling and can just pack a few in my luggage. I think I’ll buy their sleep support pack next.

I’ve historically tried to keep up with my vitamin regiment by buying each of them separately. Typically I’ve purchased these through Costco. I have tried one other multipack in the past and found it to be very convenient, but didn’t notice any results with the vitamins they sold. This product was not only convenient, but I’ve already noticed results in my day to day. The bloating I would get after a meal has gone away and I feel more energetic throughout my day. I would recommend this product to anyone who struggles to take their vitamins like I do and appreciates the ease of use.

My wife picked these up for me after trying the Women’s version and liking it. I’ve taken multis before and know a little about nutrition so I was surprised at how comprehensive these packs are. All the basics are covered, then they add a bunch of additional things that make sense in a daily pack, like stress support and stuff to help with digestion and gut health. I’m a big fan of ashwagandha and mushrooms and they’re in here! And i think adding a small, ruby looking Krill Oil pill instead of a regular (humongous) fish oil pill is a plus. I’ve been taking these in the morning for about a week now and definitely feel more energy and maybe feeling a little less stressed out by things. So far, so good! Recommended!
