This plus a nice hydrating sheet mask is heavenly!! My friends and I have taken turns giving each other little cryo facials with these globes. I like that they’re made out of glass, it makes them really easy to wash and sanitize in between uses. The liquid inside does stay cool for a long time, longer than normal water would I think. I also used the smaller one to de puff my eyes after eating late night ramen the night before and it worked great!

These cooling globes take facials to the next level. Better than anything I’ve ever used.

I chilled these overnight in the refrigerator and then rolled each one over my tired eyes. It did feel good, and they stayed cold the whole time. I sort of might prefer ones that were sized to fit within your eye sockets so that you could put them on top of your eyes and lay in bed until you are satisfied. Neither one of these is of a size or shape to do that. You pretty much have to continuously move them around. Come to think of it, though, they might be too cold to tolerate them sitting wholly on your eyes without moving. They definitely stay cold longer than metal spoons that you refrigerate. My only fear is dropping one of them. I wonder if they would shatter?

I love using these for a quick fix for puffy eyes or to sooth angry skin post workout. They get cold super fast (I put mine in the fridge) and they feel really nice. I’m a little nervous about them breaking because they feel super fragile and the instructions say to keep them in the box, but I’m always worried that they’re going to pop out of my hands and end up on the floor (I’m a bit accident prone), but so far…so good. I don’t think I’d let my teens handle these though because they really do feel fragile.

I like these Chill Baby Glass Cryo Globes from Pacifica. The set comes with 2 glass globes in different sizes- the globes are filled with a pretty blue liquid and come with a removable squishy collar/sleeve on the wand that you hold the globe with. The globes are smooth glass and glide over the face well when used for facial massage or to help with eye puffiness. I like that the globes come in 2 sizes- the smaller one is especially good to use around the eyes. 10 to 15 minutes in the refrigerator is plenty of time to get the globes good and cold- even though the liquid in the globes doesn’t fill them 100% (I wish it did for aesthetics if for no other reason) the glass itself gets very cold and stays that way for a good amount of time.

Due to chronic eye allergies, I’ve incorporated an ice roller into my morning skincare routine. In doing so, I have become a collector of these types of products. Given the opportunity to try a new one, I always go for it. So I’ve used quite a few. This pair from Pacifica Beauty, in my opinion, offers an excellent option for typical needs. It’s convenient to have two sizes — a mama and a baby — as the little one rolls nicely around the smaller, delicate eye area, while the larger is perfect for contouring around the rest of the face (forehead, jawline, cheekbones). These cryo globes get the job done by offering a cool comfort where it’s needed. The stems each have a soft fabric for a comfortable hold and the directions say to pop them into the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes prior to use. I tested that guideline and found it to be perfect. In that short amount of timne, the globes are chilled and ready to go.

These facial globes are very easy to use. Simply put them in the freezer and when you are ready to use them just pull them out and rub your face gently. The cooling roundness of the globe is supposed to sooth your skin, reduce puffiness, and even help reduce redness and fine lines. All temporary of course, but getting the blood flowing. I don’t know if it really helped my skin that much, but I did see some improvement in puffiness. I use a few days a week rather than daily, but maybe doing it more often will help more.

I love fun, cooling face tools as it is so convenient to grab something out of the fridge for a refreshing, cooling face treatment. Honestly sometimes I’ll grab them out just to cool down. I typically use it in the morning to depuff and get my face feeling refreshed. They do feel somewhat fragile but they’ve held up well so far and I just use them with care. I probably wouldn’t recommend keeping them in a place kids have access to as they probably wouldn’t hold up well in the wrong hands. They do really make a difference in puffiness, especially around the eyes, so I’d even recommend just for that use!
