I don’t usually like my supplements in capsule form but made an exception to try this product. The capsules aren’t too big and are easy to swallow. They don’t leave a bad aftertaste in my mouth. I feel increased energy after taking this product. I also find my digestion has improved and feel less bloating after meals. I wanted to try this product for the benefits milk thistle has for detoxing your liver. I am pleased with the results so far.
