You can buy this at your local grocery store for much more and much less. Glad I found this on Amazon. The Osteo Bi-Flex helps keep my joints healthy. I could feel it and started feeling the difference after a week of usage. I play tennis 4 times a week and I’m definitely not young so anything that could help is welcome. My knees would still pop every now and the, but that’s just old age. But I feel less discomfort even after playing singles for a couple of hours. My flexibility is back and decent for my age. I recommend this to anyone looking to find some joint comfort in their golden years though the effect may differ from person to person.

These worked better than expected.
Got them for someone who has been having severe Joint pains in their knees. They began taking them and within a week their knees would not hurt anymore. It worked so well that they reduced to taking 1 tablet for each dosage and it still worked fine.

I experimented with not taking these pills for about 2-3 weeks. My knees seem to get sore quicker during that period! Now, I take one each day; definitely, I am better off when I take these pills.
