been using this product for more than 10 years. I had knee issues for years as i played football(soccer) 5 days a week for years and had to wear knee bands at least for 6 months for the year on either foot.
I still play football about 3 times as week and have not had to wear a knee band for any length of time in over 9 1/2 of those years been using.
never had issues with pain so can not quantify that.

My husband and I both take this supplement. It is great to find the one per day dosage in a 60 count Pack of 2. It was delivered as promised. I find that the product works very well. You do need to take it consistently.
