After finding these calcium magnesium supplements with positive reviews, I decided to give them a shot. It’s only been a week, but they seem promising for my calcium intake. The tablets, though a bit large, are manageable when broken in half. They also contribute to relaxation and better sleep.
Surprisingly, despite their size, these have become my preferred calcium magnesium supplements.

We’ve been taking these now for about 3 months – They come recommended to us – I can’t say I have felt less aching or stronger for taking them – but hopefully they are doing the what they should.

I started to take these tablets because I have osteopenia and osteoarthritis, I cannot tell if they have helped with either of those without a scan, however judging by my new very strong nails I am very hopeful.
