The AM/PM labels match to each other when looking at the case from the AM opening side. This can be confusing when turned to open the PM side the days of the week are in reverse order. Took me some time to get used to that.
The container has Braille lids for those with low vision.
The tops can be removed for easy filling.
The containers close tightly, this is a plus if you’re clumsy like me. I have dropped it several times and it has not spilled the pills. But it is also a con, as it makes them difficult for me to open. The lip protrudes about a 16th of an inch, it might help if it was a little larger. I have found that if I push them inward they open easier, but I feel like they will break in a bit with use, and then be easier to open.
I would not recommend these for those who have arthritis of the hands or is easily confused.

I purchased this item because it is easier to keep medications being taken daily in one convenient location without taking all of the pill bottles. What I like best about the Pill Organizer is that the lids stay closed when traveling, they are very secure. I had something similar before, but when traveling, the lids would open up and spill the medication everywhere in my carry bag. There are 14 compartments, 7 A.M. with blue lids and 7 P.M. with pink lids. The price was excellent and the box is a very sturdy plastic, not cheap feeling or looking. Highly recommend this item if you need a dependable pill organizer and carrier. It was great purchasing from the vendor with no hassles. Also, this carrier delivered the order within two days, which is a rare thing with some vendors these days.

This is an item I needed as a replacement for a box that was falling apart. Hesitant to purchase as many negative reviews gave one star. The compartments looked small when it arrived. But my daughter who is a nurse was there. She took my old pill case and poured a complete morning’s pills into this case. They fit! And there was room for more. That hurdle jumped I moved on to the strength and construction. Seemed okay, so I gave it a try. It is now at least six months later and nothing has broken. There is a slight indentation on each lid at the edge. That makes the lid so easy to lift. It holds seven large pills and even my vitamins and omega-3. Could not be happier. At my age I don’t believe I will wear it out.

I’ve had this pill organizer for less than a month and as you can see in the photo, the letters are already wearing off. I bought this specifically because it says the day and am or pm on it. The covers also do not stay closed so if you are traveling, you may need to tape the flap shut or you will have a pile of pills on your hands. Does the job, but cheaply made. Had I known this was the quality, I wouldn’t have bought a second one for my mom. Too late to return. Buyer beware.

I’ve bought two of these to organize my husband’s and my medications and they work for that purpose. We have been able to keep track of what medications we have taken and haven’t, which is awesome for my husband who recently had a stroke and has trouble with short term memory. This also allows him to take his medications without having to rely on someone else once they are loaded for the week.
We’ve ran into some issues with the lids not closing securely, causing multiple doses to fall into your hand when we open it, but that can be easily worked around, just be aware of this. The multiple colors allow us to tell our containers apart and easily organize morning from night meds.
