First things first… if you’re considering this for someone with less than good vision, don’t. It’s color scheme is pretty, and classy, but the writing is light and could definitely be challenging to see. (Note: the one I got was the one with beige tops/print. Other colors may be fine. To be fair, the photos in the listing are accurate; it’s just lighter than I expected.)
I wanted this for the flexibility of popping a day or two out of line for a weekend trip, and it will work perfectly for that. The magnet that keeps the individual days attached in a line isn’t as strong as I would like… they scoot around pretty easily and it makes them tricky to get into the sleeve that is included for travel. It’s also a little heavy, with the magnet bar and individual magnets on each day. It wouldn’t be my first choice if I were taking a flight and concerned with weight, either for meeting airline limits or taking a backpack trip.
Overall, it’s a great option if you want a pill box to sit on a countertop or table, and you have fairly good vision (with or without glasses.)

I like this particular pill container because it displays nicely on our countertop (no small children in our home). I got this unit for my husband. The individual containers are large enough to hold the 11 supplements he takes daily. It is clearly marked with the days of the week so my husband doesn’t have to ask me, “Did I take my vitamins today?”. You have the ability to position the magnetic holder three ways upright, flat or angled due to the feet on the back. Each container will magnetically hold to the main unit once placed into position. The individual cases have a frosted effect but you can see from afar what days you have or have not taken. The tops have a nice grasp to them to keep the medication/supplements in tack and it feels like it is made of some type of silicone . I think this unit is crucial to keep up with your medication schedule and to not make mistakes of missing doses or confusion about your dosing, so I feel this is well worth the value of investment.

This pill holder is unique. It comes with a strip with a metal center and fold away support feet, which can be attached (adhesive) to a wall or cabinet. The 7 pill holders are detachable with a rubber top, plastic base, and a magnet on the back of each. The individual pill holders can be attached magnetically to anything (iron) metal. The strip is 9.8” wide and 1.8” tall. An individual pill holder weighs 0.65oz and is 1.4” x 2.0” x 1.0” on the outside and 1.3” x 1.3” x 0.8” on the inside. The strip and all 7 pill holders weigh 7.25oz. Included was a nice soft bag which would be good when taking the pill holders together since the magnet is not that strong. The magnet is strong enough to stay attached if mounted on a wall. Not child proof.

The KOVIUU weekly Pill Organizer, magnetic pill box 7 day, is uniquely designed with its individual spacious magnetic boxes and silicone lids. The boxes reminded me of miniature spice containers, the setup, a spice rack. This could be a versatile organizer to store items other than pills. I liked the 2 piece construction of the boxes. These lids aren’t just a molded plastic extension of the box with weak hinges, but a separate piece. These separate silicon lids appear sturdy. Each box has a magnet on the back of the container, covered by a piece of white plastic. Each box is its own separate piece so one of these could be slipped in a pocket. The product also contained printed instructions and descriptions of the product, which is often missing with foreign made products.
However, I was expecting the base to have a magnetic backing, so the base and all the pill boxes could be attached to a refrigerator. The base only attaches to the pill boxes. The base seems to be more of a display stand, because it has little feet that extend so that the base can stand at an angle. I am not sure who displays their pills like this? I should have looked more carefully at the video to get a better idea of the intended use of this organizer. Also, the magnets aren’t that strong. It’s easy to dislodge the boxes from the base by just brushing against them, or shaking the base board. The separate silicon lids and ability to use each pill box individually and nice features, but not sure this features justify the price.
Regardless, I appreciate the effort that was made to design a better way to organize mundane pills.

I take several medications daily along with a few supplements and I can’t count how many times I have wondered whether I actually rememvered to take them. This little weekly pill organizer fixes that problem as you can just load it up once a week, then go day by day with of the labeled containers that hold your pills. It has a neat little magnet holder bar that props up for you to easily see and grab each container when you are ready to take them. I’ve also used them for traveling where I just needed a day or two and I can through the ones I need into my travel bag and bring them along. The tops are a silicone type top that seem to get a pretty good seal but I wouldn’t gurantee that they are waterproof. Moisture resitant, sure. The little siicone trap can sometimes trap one of my pills in it too, so you just have to watch for that. It’s easy to fish them out of there when it does happen. I would recommend this.
