I discovered I needed a pill organizer when I found myself needing to take different medications 3x a day having a regularity of not remembering when the last time was I took a pill…and I didn’t want to accidentally overdose but I also didn’t want to miss a pill since timing was everything for the management of my health (and pain!).
I started with the standard pill container you can buy anywhere, and which had 4 slots per day. However, when I started taking supplements and/or temporary, but additional, medications, I would suddenly run out of space to put all my pills…which led me to forget taking certain pills yet again. I also had to travel with the whole case, which I discovered would somehow open while sitting in my bag, spilling my pills are over. I did buy a circular travel case which snapped shut and had separate circular containers for each day, but space was even more limited for pills even though the case was incredibly bulky. I also bought a separate square container for pills, but it would sometimes open in my bag, spilling out pills, and I found it hard to find since it was black and I traveled with a black bag, so I’d either had difficulty finding it in my bag or would forget I had it in there. For both traveling cases, I actually couldn’t fit gummies or certain pills in them.
This case solves it all. You can remove an entire day, each of which have different, vibrant colors, which make them easy to find in my bag. Each lid to the time slot on a day sturdily shuts. I have not had an issue of spillage when traveling with a day’s worth of pills. The black case carrying all seven day’s worth of pills snaps shut so you have zero worry about it opening if it were to drop on the floor or you were to travel with it. Most importantly, the time slots are the perfect size for my various pills. I have yet to fill them to capacity, which is great since if I were to add an unexpected/temporary medication, I’d still have space. The time slots can no doubt handle horse pills, and even gummies, which I regularly put in one time slot each day with other pills. It’s also easy to slip my finger in a time slot to remove a pill or stuck-on gummy. That was not so easy in my prior pill cases.
This is the best organizer and travel case in one that I have found. I got rid of all my other cases.

The large size compartments are perfect. I have some large pills and they all fit comfortably in the compartments. Each day is a different bright color. Four generous compartments each day of the week. Morn, noon, eve, and night. You can take out the day and travel with it. Solid and easy to fill and to use. I’m buying it for my mother too!

I have tried a LOT of pill trays – and this is undoubtedly the BEST!!! Handles large pills, is the actual size advertised (not all are) and is well built.
The only picky (and I MEAN picky) criticism is that the lid for the tray doesn’t detach or fold under – so when laying out my pills for the month, the tray lid is in the way.
If you take large vitamin pills – this is the tray for you.

This was a great solution to dealing with four separate 7 day pill cases. It took a bit of adjusting to filling the containers which are large enough to accommodate multiple pills for any given time of day [Morning, Noon, Evening, Bedtime]. The cases are color-coded and labeled by day and time of day; they fit neatly into an outer case so the whole thing is easily transported. It’s easy to see if a dose was missed or overlooked.
It’s a great and effective addition to our medication management system, and the cases seem sturdy and well-made.

Meds four times a day is a lot for some seniors to keep track of, even if it’s only two or three each time of day. This organizer helped my mother better keep track and helped me know when she had taken her pills (or had not). Much easier than her juggling multiple bottles several times each day.
The good: days and times clearly labeled, last time says “bedtime” and not “extra” like other models do which could be confusing. A groove on the side of the compartments lets you get a finger under the lid tab making it easy open. Each day can be removed from the clear box so they are dealing with only one day at a time and not overwhelmed by the whole week at once. All lids, on each compartment and on the outer box, stay securely closed but are still easy to open. Compartments are large enough for many pills yet the daily section is not awkwardly large to handle. Price reasonable compared to similar items and it did arrived quickly.
The bad: I did not find any negatives.

Excellent product. Most pill organizers don’t have four slots for each day. This one has morning, noon, evening, and bedtime. Everything is clearly labeled, and the containers are easy to open and close. I also like the fact that the days and times of day are written on each slot as opposed to using symbols like a half sun, full sun, moon, etc., which I know would confuse my 84 year old mother who has mild dementia. She had stopped taking her medication properly due to memory issues. This organizer has helped her tremendously.

The colors are vibrant the closures easy to operate, and you can schedule your supplements/meds up to 4 doses a day. I have one dose that I take prior, so 5 compartments would be better, however this works perfectly. I would like the daily packs even larger as it is easier for me to handle.

This pill organizer has solved my elderly relative’s problem of taking her scheduled medicines & supplements at the right times. Everything that was previously a jumble of assorted pill boxes and bottles is now in one blissfully neat and colorful package, set up for the whole week. Each day’s meds/supplement’s are contained in a 4-compartment unit, labeled for different times of day, and the unit pops out to travel with you. My relative was able to open and close all the latches. Everything fit together well and latched securely. This is a quality product and worth the (sale) price of about $15 and I bought several of them. The compartments are large enough to fit bigger vitamins and supplements, as well as smaller medicine pills/capsules. I’m really pleased! and happy to have a product that has brought order out of chaos. It makes filling pills for the week pleasant, and makes taking the meds easier. I know promoting plastic isn’t great for the environment but this item is really helping us.
