Thought I would let people know that I have now been taking this stuff daily (along with hyaluronic acid 150mg) for 6 months. I drink it by putting a cup boiling water over a couple of scoops, then flavor it with liquid chicken soup concentrate from Knorr. It is flavorless/unscented by itself, have no idea what the fish flavor/smell complaints are about as there are none. My knee pain had disappeared (from arthritis) at night, and I am generally less sore waking up in the morning. The skin on my face has improved, feels more elastic and firm. I don’t think It is going to get rid of wrinkles but generally the skin has improved. My hair on my head appears to be thicker, and my eyelashes have grown a fair bit longer and are curling up in the outer corners. They look a little like false ones lately, but my eyelashes used to be long before i went into menopause, so they are back to what they were like when I was younger. It has done nothing for my nails though, they are still splitting. Over all, do not know if it is the collagen or the hyaluronic acid responsible for the positive changes but something is working, so it is worth the cost of both.
