I tried mixing it with water. Aside from clumps that wouldn’t dissolve, the taste was not appealing. My grandkids would not drink this at all. There is also added sugar, which is not necessary. I would try this in a smoothie, but I think there are easier ways to get veggies into kids.

I purchased this product thinking it would be a nice lil healthy snack for my grandbaby however, I was surprised(sadly) to find out it was a powdered “superfood).

These probiotics are made with a delightful blend of vegetables and superfoods, which made me feel confident in giving them to my child. The fact that they’re plant-based, vegan, and free of gluten, dairy, and soy was a huge selling point for me.
My child is usually a picky eater, especially when it comes to anything resembling a vegetable, but they absolutely loved the taste of these probiotics! The flavor is kid-friendly and doesn’t have that “healthy” taste that often turns kids away.

This is my first time using Moringa but until I saw the disclaimer on the back of the package, I didn’t realize that this ingredient typically contains traces of lead. It looks like it depends on where it’s coming from. What I’ve gathered so far is that this is an issue with Moringa coming out of India, China, and parts of Africa. Does Organifi test their Moringa for heavy metals? Where is it coming from? Interestingly, I’ve read that good quality, lead free Moringa is said to be great for heavy metal chelation/detoxification. But I doubt the Moringa used in this product is lead free because it does have that disclaimer on the package. Unless it’s one of those weird things that California does. Would like confirmation from the seller before giving my child this powder.

Hi! I hope you’re doing well, and thank you for leaving your feedback. I wanted to address your concern regarding the lead warning on our Easy Greens. The warning is called Prop 65, and is a CA regulation that requires warnings for any products that contain chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. This applies to any products sold or manufactured in the State of California. Over 800 chemicals have been listed under California Prop 65, and the amounts established by Proposition 65 are less than what occurs naturally in a variety of fruits, vegetables, and water. These include heavy metals that naturally occur in our air, soil, and water including cadmium, arsenic, mercury, lead. Lead is an element that occurs naturally in our environment. Due to modern living and pollution, these chemicals have infiltrated our air, water, and soil. They are hard to minimize or get rid of entirely. They enter the food supply when plants take them up as they grow. These metals are often found in foods that are grown organically in the ground even though no chemicals have been added to them. In the state of California, we have to print this warning due to state law. We are still confident in the health and safety of our products, as many other edible products carry this warning. Each ingredient, including Moringa (sourced from India), has been tested for metals. Any organic product with natural ingredients from the ground is not completely metal-free, but we have run tests and haven’t found an alarming amount for the metals tested.
