I gave this to my ex-husband who was more in need since he is dealing with loss of vision and skin cancer and is in a facility where he is not getting high quality meals. He usually does not have a strong reaction to things and I did not expect much of a response from him. However the surgeon that did his cataract removal noticed a big change after his second post-op exam. Also I believe he is more alert and the skin cancer is not progressing as it was and will be removed within a few weeks.
