I ordered these 1000mg Organic Spearmint Leaf Capsules for their Gut and Cognition Benefits. The Bottle, which arrived sealed and contained 90 Capsules, suggested to take a Dose of 3 Capsules per Day. This Supplement’s Main Ingredient is 1000mg of Organic Spearmint Leaf, followed by a Blend of Methylcellulose (Capsule) and Rice Flour. This Vegan Product was made in the U.S. and 3rd Party Tested. The Capsules are easy to swallow and smell of fresh Spearmint. The Spearmint inside the Capsules makes an excellent Tea that’s soothing for the Gut, Digestion as well as the Mind and Sleep. I’ve used fresh Spearmint Leaves before for Tea after washing, drying and grinding them myself. So, these Capsules eliminate all of that Work and provide you with the End Product, which is Organic Spearmint. I will continue using these and will buy them again. This is a good Value.

I’m only reciting what I’ve learned after researching and listening to dermatologists speak of it, but spearmint shows promising results to improve cystic and hormonal acne as well as improving PCOS symptoms.
I rarely get a cystic pimple anymore, but I’m going to continue taking them for their gut healing benefits. I typically drink spearmint tea, so having this instead is a treat when I don’t want to drink anything. I’d highly recommend doing your own research or talking to your practitioner to figure out what is right for you.
3 capsules a day, slight spearmint burps after eating them lol. Much easier than downing tea every night.

I have PCOS, so I grabbed these to start seeing if the spearmint will help with my hormones. I have tried Spearmint tea, which is delicious, but it’s hard for me to drink that much every day – I can’t stick with it. These are very easy to take, and I already have morning medicine, so it is very easy to stick with. I’ve only finished 1 bottle at this point, so it’s inconclusive for my needs – it usually takes months of use to notice any change in body hair.
I haven’t had any issues with taking this or noticeable changes in anything. No stomach upset or anything like that. The worst part is that 3 capsules are a single serving, but they aren’t too hard to take – they go down pretty easily.
I will get these again to keep going on my journey.
Pay attention to the serving size if you are trying to find something cheaper – these are 1000 mg. These seem to be priced fairly. The significantly cheaper alternatives are much lower doses (400mg) so it may or may not be beneficial to find another option depending on how much you need.

My wife liked this Organic Spearmint Capsules, especially that she’s working hard and sometimes her lunch changes from time to time due ti worker shortage. But this spearmint supplement helped her have a smooth digestive tract. Very helpful and effective.

I’m not earning from any of these manufacturers. Moreover, prolonged use may cause compromise of immunity or increase toxicity level in the body. As such, I’ll leave to the user the discretion to continue using this supplement or not.

However, it takes time to see and measure the full results and benefits of any food supplements, including this one. On immediacy, the supplement may have reaction on me or not, depending on my body’s immunity level and response, which is different to other users. For this reason, my rating is based on several factors.
As for me, I’m giving Organic Spearmint Capsules a 4.5 star rating.
