Don’t usually take supplements, but heard about Shilajit so give it a try. Two capsules once a day before meal, easy to swallow, pretty simple. As this is my first, no reference on how it compares to others. Few weeks now, yet to feel any effect. Perhaps more time, or my body is just numb to these kind of stuff? Like caffeine has no effect on me at all, can drink expresso then just sleep. So I am probably not a good case…

After taking the product for 5 days my ankles started to ache along with my left hand and shoulders. When I looked up the side effects it said that it increases the uric acid in your body which gives you the same pain as gout. My doctor said she didn’t know much about it because it’s not controlled by the FDA. Use with caution because this item can’t be returned!

I took it for over 30 days, waiting to build up in my system, but NOTHING happened it is an scam…I like my money back,I know i runoff time for the return but some products take time to buid up,i hope you fix this situation even if you replace it with another shilajit, that works.
