I recently tried the Organic Quercetin with Bromelain from Natural Scientific, and overall, my experience has been quite neutral. I’m moderately immunocompromised due to a medical condition for which I’m receiving regular treatments. The bloodwork I get before each treatment has not shown any significant change up or down in my immune system since I’ve started taking this supplement daily as directed.
On the positive side, I have not experienced any negative side effects, which is a big plus for me when trying new supplements, especially given my current medical issues. The ingredients are clean and organic, including quercetin derived from sophora japonica trees and bromelain from pineapple, making it a good choice for those conscious about what they consume. However, even aside from the unchanged bloodwork numbers, I’ve noticed only minor improvements in my immune or respiratory systems, which was my main goal when purchasing this product. I have a little less phlegm in the morning upon waking, but a good nose blow is still part of my morning routine.
While this supplement may be very or immediately effective for many, I feel it might not be fulfilling its promise for my specific needs at this time. It’s a decent product, but may take more time to show results for others like me.

My husband suffers from symptoms similar to carpal tunnel, but that have been traced to inflammation in his wrist joint. I read great things about both ingredients in this supplement for inflammation relief, and hoped this would be a helpful addition to his routine. It’s difficult to tell lasting effects from a couple of weeks of use, but I’d say that it seems to be working enough that he’s continuing to take it. The ingredients seem clean, the packaging is nice (glass bottles vs plastic) and the price isn’t bad, if it really works! This is a months supply, with daily use, so we’ll revisit at the end of that period and assess if he wants to continue to use it.
