I received this product as a promotional deal and wanted to give time to assess it’s effectiveness. Overall, I can confirm a good energy boost when I use it- I definitely notice a difference on the days I do not. I didn’t change anything else about my daily routine (diet or caffeine intake) although with the energy boost I was able to be more active all day and typically could throw in a workout. I haven’t noticed much of a difference in libido, but was not looking for an improvement in this area. The size of the pills are not too large and go down easy with water. I did notice some mild stomach pain and dizziness if I did not eat something within 30 minutes (before or after) taking, but as soon as I did, symptoms immediately subsided. Overall, I would purchase again.

I was skeptical at first as most vitamins and supplements these days are a roulette call but this product pleasantly surprised me. I do extensive, labor intensive research on any product I take and after some time of taking it, I have seen great results. Especially being a woman who had a fully hysterectomy at 30, hormones are all over the place. This has helped a lot with issues I have been struggling with to remedy. Highly recommend.

Made this brand purchase as it was much cheaper price alternative then a brand I’ve been taking previously so I figured why not give this a try. I’ve been taking this brand for 2 weeks and all I can say is that this product has been a no go for me. Sleep has been terrible and fatigue, mood, just horrible.
I’ve previously been taking another Maca brand for over three months with amazing results, so I am not a newbie to taking Maca supplements as I have taken maca years before as well and am well aware of quality over quantity. Was on the look out for a cheaper price alternative/option with the same mg and ingredients, but this brand is has not been working at all for me at all. The taste is bland, not like most maca’s I have been taking years before and The expiration date is accurate…. I hope from what is printed on the bottle is legit and the smell was faint unlike many high maca brands I’ve purchased in the past, so I have been skeptical on this purchase at first, but I gave it a go. In all honesty, I would not order this brand again as it just did not do me justice.

This was the best maca blend I’ve taken so far.
I really do feel a difference with these.
I tried a different brand that had more things like fenugreek and ashwaganda so I opted for that one and boy was I wrong. Instead of having the same great effect- I felt like I was walking with a knot in my stomach all day long trying to make sure I don’t feel more sick.
I have stopped taking them after day 4 but now I will be ordering from this brand with just the Maca blend because these feel like I’m super energetic and ready to go!

I hadn’t heard of Maca root very much until recently. I’m always on the market for supplements geared towards women’s health, especially for mood/stress regulation. I am SO glad I found these – I’ve been taking them for almost a month now and already see increased energy levels and lower amount of everyday stress. I feel refreshed and don’t seem to be crashing/hitting a wall towards the end of the day! I also love how Maca has been known to have benefits around maintaining health when it comes to fertility – obviously I cannot speak for that element but I think its such an important thing for women to stay on top of at all times!
Easy to swallow and no taste or adverse side effects!
