These larger capsule pills are something you might use to try to build/maintain/support your body’s natural immunity. They contain garlic and cayenne, among several other things, and you know it when you simply open the bottle; you can smell these ingredients distinctly. Swallowing 3 pills with some water, I can tell exactly what they contain while they go down too. I’m not sure if it’s the smell, or a slight taste you get just from these being in your mouth, but you can taste a brief moment of garlic and cayenne.
As for, do they work? Well, it’s hard to say, of course. They seem to contain lots of ingredients known to be “good for you,” so imagine they work to some degree. Of course, there is not way to prove one way or the other, but if you’re looking for a “boost” in staying healthy over the winter, or when you’re going to be in packed crowds, these might just work for you. At 90 capsules to the bottle, that’s a 30 day supply.

Taking these the last few days has been going great. I feel really good. There’s no arguing the amazing benefits of everything included in this supplement. The capsules are easy to swallow and there’s no gross aftertaste. They don’t smell very good but that’s no big deal at all, just something I noticed. These are definitely something I can put into my daily routine along with my daily vitamin.

This supplement really has it all when it comes to well known immune supporting ingredients. I was almost skeptical about how they could fit so many ingredients into it while still remaining effective. However, the serving size is three capsules and the capsules are larger than average so I’m sure it’s all in there. The capsules are large but I have not trouble swallowing with gulps of water. This is a great supplement to have on hand during the nasty cold and flu season. It arrived just in time for me. I’m also pleased to have gotten the “F” version…lol. Someone must have got in trouble. Either way, it’s a good blend. I’m glad to have it.
