I use it as a night serum for my face. It’s works very well. It’s too expensive for me to take internally for now. So I cannot make any comments on the health benefits. You know how if you use a product for a while you loose the WOW factor…not with this one…it amazes me every time I use it..there it definitely something Magical about this Oil. I’ve read all the hype about C60 and as usual I’m skeptical. I heard a few reviews claiming that it improved glaucoma and the mechanism was that C60 is a powerful anti-oxidant.
Over the past few years I’ve been on a hunt for something or combination of things that would help my macular degeneration using nutrition and diet. I have been using the commercially available recommendation and I must say it seem to have drastically slowed the progression.
I bought some C60 to see what it would do for my macular degeneration.
Up till now I have taken 7 doses of 10ml once per day. There is a test you can take to quantify your level of degeneration and I wish I had taken the test before starting. The reason is, I feel a dramatic improvement.
How dramatic? My right eye had dark spots and distortion over several areas and unable to read even big text. My left eye could read smaller text but it was only if I moved my eye to the correct spot.
Now, my right eye can read smaller text, the distortions have been reduced to one spot and I’ve regained my depth perception. My left eye can read from any spot and has no distortions. A definite major improvement, not just a slowing of the progression.
What else do I do to help? I have been eating Keto for 11 months, I stopped eating any and all “vegetable oils” such as Canola, soy, vegetable and all hydrogenated oils. I eat fish 3 times per week (natural salmon, not farm raised).
Anyway, if you suffer from macular degeneration, give it a try. At worst it won’t hurt you and very possible you can experience the improvement I’ve felt.

I’ve been taking this for 2 months. I just had extensive blood work done for my yearly doctor’s visit so it will be interesting to compare results next year. My main complaint is allergies so the real test will be in the spring. I’ll update my review in six months.

Definitely not a woo supplement.
It is rare that I take a supplement and actually feel something.

I don’t really know if it’s doing anything expect making my sleep worse. For me that’s normal with anything that says it will improve sleep. They always do the opposite but figured I’d give it a try anyways. I’m sure it will help someone though!
