Pros: It’s hard to say how effective these supplements are. I noticed some extra clarity and focus, but it’s possible it was simply placebo. If it contains the ingredients claimed, it should have beneficial impact to cognition, stress, and even anti-bacterial effects.
Cons: The effects were limited. Perhaps combining multiple supplements in a two capsule dose limited its effectiveness.
Subjectively, it did seem to help with focus and concentration, and to a lesser extent reaction time. The benefit was subtle so it could have just been my wishful thinking.

Time will tell just how much this helps me, but I am pleased so far. I’m very excited about the ingredients it contains. I’ve heard a lot of good things about them. The capsules are easy to swallow, and not too large. I am happy to see that it was manufactured in the U.S., and was Kosher.

Tenmido Organic Black Seed 8 in 1 supplement seems to be a decent supplement. I’ve taken similar products before, and this one seems to measure up very well. The only thing different with this product to another comparable one I’ve used before is the addition to Shilajit! Besides the possible benefits of all the other ingredients of Black Seed, Sea Moss, Ashwagandha, Turmeric, Fenugreek, Beet Root, and Black Pepper extract, this product adds Shilajit, which is great! I take Shilajit on a regular basis, and this makes life so much simpler by reducing the number of supplements I’d have to take separately.
This product is great for individuals who have food and allergy restrictions to things such as soy and gluten and no artificial colors. It is vegan friendly as it is a non-GMO product, and is meant to help boost immunity and digestive health. Having less garbage added in a product, the better! This product promotes a better, healthier lifestyle and although it works differently in each person, this product seems to be good quality, and seems to work for me. I’ve notice less digestive discomfort, better energy levels (possibly due to better sleep after taking) and I feel more focused than I do on days that I do not consume the product. I have not had any negative side effects after taking this product, which is great for me, but again results may vary for everyone.
