Yogurt and Almond Milk. NO OFF TASTE. Easy to consume. I fix a glass of this product and take my supplements. A good routine like this is a solid recommendation. JUST be easy on the Beet Powder from the container. Its is RED BEET Powder – I dropped a few teaspoons of it on my white shirt – and oh gads, it was then a red patch of beet —-so be easy. You will get used to it.

The Good: Good quality brand, excellent value for the money.
The Bad : After about a month, I decided to throw this out and get beet root powder that comes in a plastic jar. This is because I could not open and use this product without breathing in beet root powder and making a total mess of my hands and the kitchen counter. This is probably a problem with all similarly packaged beet root powder products. I recommend purchasing beet root powder that comes in a plastic jar.
