Love this product… it is not that heavy for a keto shake which I like. I am a person who enjoys veggies more than heavy foods so this shake is a perfect fit for me. My husband on the other hand is a meat eater and says it tastes too healthy. If you enjoy the healthy taste and good ingredients this is the shake for you. You can also always add blueberries to fill you up more.

My fault for not reading the ingredients but has Erythritolans not eligible for return. I tried some before reading the label and it does taste great but given the recent studies on this particular ingredient might want to pass on it

This product is lumpy, yucky tasting, and doesn’t dissolve well. This brand has another protein powder which looks VERY similar to this tub that’s not plant powder. That Keto powder unlike this one dissolves and taste great. This one also needs two scoops per serving where the other Keto powder needs one. BEWARE as unfortunately it says I cannot return it even though I just got it yesterday and have only tried it once. What a rip off of my money!

So tired of bad tasting gritty protein powders! Finally, a delicious low sugar colloid protein powder. This stuff is awesome. Dissolves well in hot liquid and with a whisk in cold.Not too filling. Expensive for volume but aat least you don’t have to throw it away because it isn’t palatable.
