I like this brand in general. I have been using these for overall digestion and help my blood.

I know the suggested use is three capsules, but I take 1 AM and 1 PM, both with a turmeric and lemon water, and this is good for me. Within the hour, I feel the heat, so I know it’s doin it’s thing! It’s not so hot that it gives heartburn, but enough of a warm feeling that I know the capsule has dissolved.
I would highly recommend the company. I chose Wild Harvest, because it was the only brand that was high quality organic, as long as you aren’t vegan, with no added ingredients..as you can see by my picture..
other ingredients: non-GMO bovine gelatin capsules and nothing else

I bought it for my husbands ulcer but I decided I want to take one and let me tell you it gave me the most spiciest heartburn I have ever had in my life. I was rocking back and forth of pain and discomfort lol. I haven’t taken any more because I’m afraid so I can’t tell if it works or no.

This is a great product to use. I will often break open the capsules and add them to my food. If you are looking for a healthy spice to add a little kick to your food, this is a great option.
