I had some blood work done last year which revealed alarming AST/ALT levels.. which wasn’t that shocking to me with the way I used to drink and the bad food I consume. I read the great reviews of this product and bought it. Took it for about a good month and 1/2 before I had another doctor appointment where she wanted me to get another panel done. Shockingly, both levels dropped and were on the low side of the normal spectrum! Have had a few blood panels since then and all has been well!
