    This is one of my fav supplements for high level immune system to fight off illness. Was purchasing from a big corp brand until I found Ian Carroll on social media. He explained how many vitamin supplements are not as natural as you think and owned by big mega corporations. This brand Oregon’s Wild Harvest is small business owned and operated in Oregon. Costs more, but worth it to fund USA based small business with my Amazon purchases.

    I really wanted this product to work for me. I read how other reviewers had experienced digestive problems after taking these tablets. Well, that’s what happened to me. I gave it a few tries and finally gave up.

    Just ordered my 4th bottle. Love these. Whenever I am around sick people, I up the amount taken. I never get sick. I stopped taking them for a week because I ran out, and ended up with eczema all over. Once I resumed, it went away. It very much boosts my immune system. The zinc does make me nauseous but I figured out that you must eat immediately after swallowing these, not before.
