The wife insists she take 2 tablets every day, and no other brand is acceptable. Amazon’s free shipping makes it cheaper than dealing direct with Oregon’s Wild Harvest.

I have had “prediabetes” for probably 20 years. Not a horrible case, not a progressive case but even with weight loss and daily exercise, I cannot seem to get my FBS below 100. I decided to try Ceylon cinnamon.
I thought, why not? So I started yesterday (just 2 capsules over the day with zero aftertaste). This am, I checked my FBS with my home meter. It was 18 points lower than my last FBS check 2 days ago and well below 100! I cannot believe it! I know this is anecdotal and only one reading to date, so I will continue to add to this post to see if this amazing result is real and persists.

Iʻm skepticsl of buting supplements on Amazon, but I do extensive research and check seller. I also use consumerlab reports along & other sites to cross reference auality. I prefer private small teusted companies, but this Cinnamon Iʻve used two whole bottles in our family. Itʻs Grat because Ceylon is the best kind and not toxic like cassia and others sold in stores. We only use ceylon for the past 20 years and I stick w brands i know and trust especially since we dou full in blood labwork wvery 4 months for lingevity purchase from insideTracker. We use pill form for easy traveling & mornings them powder the rest of the day. This Reallynhas helped my hubby from once having a NAFL “non alcoholic fatty liver” to now normal. He is fit, lean and heslthy butnit was that 1 a day bagel that hurt him and so I had to turn it around. We check glucose and ketones several times a day, and I use a Continuous glucod monitor for longevity purposes and this helps keep sugar glucose at bay. Quality Con matters because the cassia can be toxic to your luver especially if your are a NAFL

I was glad the bottles were so well packed that they did not break in shipment as they have sometimes done in the past.

As someone who has a family history of diabetes, I’ve taken Oregon’s Wild Harvest “True” Cinnamon for years now. My doctor had also recommended it to help improve my metabolism. It seems to work since my blood sugar has always been excellent every time I’ve had labs drawn, so it must be doing something. My mom–who has full-blown diabetes–takes it as well and it’s been more effective for her than the prescription diabetic medications have been.
However, having said all of that, I will no longer be buying this brand. I used to be able to get a bottle of 60 capsules for ~$6 to $8 / $9 when it was on sale. But, over the years, this company has jacked up it’s prices until they’re through the roof. Even the 60 capsule bottle is ridiculously overpriced now and a real financial drain for those of us who use this product every day (twice a day). I literally just bought my last bottle of this stuff and will be purchasing true cinnamon from a different company from here on out. My mom found a place that sells true cinnamon (cinnamomum verum) at $5.99 for a 90-capsule bottle. Clearly, this is a way better deal for those of us taking this medication long-term.
So, goodbye Oregon’s Wild Harvest. It was nice while it lasted, but you’ve just become way too money-greedy for me.
