Normally I have completely debilitating allergies from the end of August till the beginning of November. Sneezing constantly, itchy eyes — it’s terrible. This year I started the nettle and quercitin in early August and I have had NO SYMPTOMS at all, hardly even a sniffle! The only side effect I’ve noticed is that my nose feels a little dry on waking, but nothing like the dryness I’d experience from OTC anti-histamines like Claritin. It’s amazing as I’ve been battling fall allergies my entire life, and now I can finally enjoy the season. So happy!

I love this brand’s minimalist approach to supplements and supplement capsules. It’s a driving force behind why I chose them over everything else out there.
As someone with post nasal drip and pretty bad allergies, quercetin seems like a no-brainer. After a week or two of adding this to my daily routine, I did notice a significant difference in how often I had a tissue in hand, nursing a constantly running nose. I’ve also stopped clearing the back of my throat as often. I feel the only drawback to these is the 3 pill a day recommended dosage. It makes it a little less cost efficient than it seems. And anyone who uses natural supplements instead of an umbrella multivitamin knows that it all adds up at the end of the month.
EDIT 5/27/2020: The price was recently raised $5. And in the midst of of this pandemic-caused economic down time, where many are having a hard time affording the luxury of sinus relief right now. I’ve changed my rating.
