I bought this for a severe gum infection, and it reduces swelling and the toxins begin to drain from the gum after I ingest the supplement. I find this combo works. I used two other herbs from this company, but the result was not as good as this combo. I will be sticking with this one. I like the fact that it is natural without any binders, fillers and other garbage which is found in most other company’s products. The trick is to find what works for you and your health issue. I will order from this company again as they make good products.

this works great. Whenever I start to feel a little congested I start taking these Echinacea with Goldenseal capsules. I take 2 a day in the morning with breakfast – if the congestion came on fast and strong, then I’ll take 1 or 2 more later in the day. The recommendation is 2 capsules, twice a day. I find if the symptoms are just starting I can catch it early with just taking 2 in the morning for about a week.
goldenseal is considered “the king of the mucous membrane” if you google it, you’ll find that it has been known to help for a variety of issues from digestive issues to skin issues to even some forms of cancer. I can’t speak for the other issues, but I can say it works great with my congestion – combined with the echinacea, this is my go-to during cold season. I try not to take it longer than 2 weeks at a time, though there is no clear evidence on this, I just dont think it’s as effective taken more often.
Also, if you’re pregnant or nursing, I would not recommend it. Just to be safe.

I had been using it more than 10 years. It works likes a magic when first feel the sickness. Each time 3 capsule and up to 3 times (9 capsules) on the first 1/3 days; the Twice to once a day for a 10 days course.
It works also in later stage but less obvious. Great product.
