    The added quercetin, NAC, and nettles is a helpful bonus and could be why these work well for me. I start taking them a couple weeks before my grass allergy usually kicks in and take 2 caps 2x/day until I think I’m covered, then take 1 cap 2x/day for a week or so after to be sure. Every body and every season is different.

    I’ve been taking Big Pharma’s over-the-counter options for my seasonal allergies for decades then they stopped working.

    Aller-Aid actually works!!! I’m astonished and SO glad!!! No toxic dyes either, imagine that? I was told I could take 4-6 to start and within a day I had no more itchy eyes or sinus issues – it was hard to believe how much relief I suddenly got; after a few weeks of 2-3 a day I only needed 1-2 to get thru my seasonal allergy symptom-free. Even I skipped a day here and there and was fine!
