Although oregano oil is purported to be packed with benefits (and with a good range of nutrients and healthful compounds too) it seems that it should be used in moderation, so it’s important that the guidelines on the bottle are followed, or if in doubt, to consult a healthcare professional first. Saying that, if one is going to go down the oregano route then this is as good a way as any as it has a decent amount of the active ingredient carvacrol, and is in an easy-to-take softgel format. Also, it should be noted that, as far as I can determine, the oil here is not in the more potent essential oil format so should be safer to take. The fact that optimal absorption is claimed is a bonus and always reassuring as not all supplements are the same, so if one is going to spend one’s money then it’s better to get something that stands a greater chance of working.
As of yet I’ve still to experience the further benefits of oregano (as it’s probably a little early for those at this time) but of the capsules I’ve taken to date I dare say there’s been an energy boost. As I take other supplements I can’t say it’s definitely the oregano, but there seems to be something there, to a degree at least, which is encouraging. Certainly, there’s been nothing detrimental.
The product is all natural though (with the main ingredient being organic), and seemingly produced to particularly high standards. Price-wise, for the amount, it’s good too. There isn’t anything negative I can say about this at all, so yes, with a little caution over prolonged use, give it a whirl.

They are very clean and free from other particles. No artifical smells.
I checked the website and found out the company is based in Greece.
After a little time they dissolve in your body and you can smell the Oregano in your nose.
I think this is a legit product and the company also offers other natural products.
