The only reason I’m giving this body cream 5 stars is because of the scent. I was expecting something a bit more citrusy but it is more earthy smelling. The scent has grown on me though and leaves my elbows and arms hydrated throughout the day.

This is the only hand cream that keeps my hands moisturized in dry Colorado. I’ve tried EVERYTHING- but this really works! It’s well absorbed so I can wash my hands and still feel protected. I highly recommend it.

This stuff is just perfect in every way for my family’s skincare needs. First of all, it is incredible for African-American hair! I use it to moisturize and style my son’s coarse, thick, gorgeous black curls. It gives them a healthy sheen. Also makes his skin glow and keeps the ashyness away. It is great for the rest of our multiracial family, too. Folks with eczema, dry elbows or who just need some hand cream. I wish I could order a smaller size to keep in my bag! I’ve seen it in some of Ora’s Amazing Herbal’s giftboxes but maybe it’s not available on its own? Anyway, this jar lasts us longer than I expected and is good to the very last drop. Unlike pure shea butter without the added (but totally natural) ingredients in this product, it actually STAYS SOFT even in winter… whereas pure shea butter is impossible to use when it’s cold out and stops being creamy. I’ve used the Citrus Grove and the Unscented. I personally like the Citrus Grove – It has a mild citrus fragrance that comes through despite the unique nutty smell of shea butter. However, some of my family prefer Unscented. It’s a winner either way, though. We’ve graduated from pure shea butter to this carefully formulated, always-creamy body butter and we’re not going back!

This is my first experience with this product and I am really disappointed. I find it to be very greasy and it does NOT absorb into my skin. Even after massaging in a small amount (for quite a while) it just spread and stayed on the service – and so it got all over my clothes, bedding, and laptop keyboard (even after wiping my hands off). Also, I have a very good sense of smell and the only thing it smells like is straight shea butter. Certainly not worth the money. Very disappointing.

This is very greasy. I have extremely dry skin and it does not feel like this product penetrates my skin. It just sits on top and feels greasy. More doesn’t help, either. It is very shiny going on, like the baby oil we used to do in the 80s. I know some people like that look but I don’t (I also don’t like to get it on my clothes or bed linens). The Citrus Grove fragrance is nice. But otherwise I guess I need to stick to the whipped butter products which spread nicely, are not greasy and feel like they are moisturizing my dry skin.

I like the moisturizer! It works very well for dry skin like mine. The facial serums are amazing too!
My only suggestion is to add some fragrance…
Both my husband and my son think it smells bad, but it doesn’t bother me.
It’s also very small for the price.

I can’t say enough about this product. I use it daily and so does my teenage Daughter. It has helped with mosquito bite relief and I’m covered! The feeling is smooth without any greasy residue. It is a product I can feel great about using. Thank you Amazing Ora!
