I have taken ACV for years. I cannot live without it. One thing I was looking for was to combine some of my supplements, because I am taking too many different pills. These tabs have added milk thistle which helps.
By far my most favorite ACV supplement EVER!!! I mean EVER!!!! Why?…
The smell is, for me, off-putting. It smells like ACV! But the “ah-ha” moment comes when you feel the effectiveness. “Oh, that’s why it smells like that! Because it’s potent and actually made of ACV!”
I always get ACV that says ‘with the mother’ and this is the first that didn’t. However, this is the first pill (tablet) that has made me feel the benefits of ACV…so who cares if it includes the mother, sister, brother, or cousin!
I am not sure that I can list the ways in which I feel the benefits or feel better. But I know when I have taken the ACV and when I have not. It may even be a mood thing. When I see the bottle, I am motivated to take it because my brain knows it wants the ACV.
I have been trying to lose some menopause weight by eating better. These pills seem to help. I am less bloated. I am now making a steady gain of losing 1 pound a week. I will take it after gaining 1lb a week for so long!
Do not hesitate to try these pills. I have eliminated almost all my supplements except for the menopause dailies…I’m too afraid for my family to quit those!

I know I should be taking apple cider vinegar for appetite control, weight loss and other health properties, but I just cannot stand the taste. So I decided to try these pills since Ora Organic is a good company whose products I trust. The flavor is pleasant going down and I was surprised by how little hunger I felt during the day after taking them. I didn’t realize until the evening that I hadn’t eaten very much and wasn’t hungry. So I decided to continue taking them and the appetite suppressant benefit continues (which presumably will translate to weight loss). Talk about painless. It’s nice to enjoy the health benefits of apple cider vinegar without the repellant flavor of actual liquid vinegar. If these pills didn’t exist, I would just skip the apple cider vinegar altogether and, alas, miss out on the benefits. Thank you, Ora Organic!

I have taken these for only 4 days, but it seems like they are causing bloating and constipation.
So the opposite of what they are supposed to do!
Not impressed so far.
Taste is ok and pill size is fine. Seems to help with cravings.

The taste and smell of the pills is just like the description “sour candy apple” which makes it very easy to take them, much better than drinking actual apple cider vinegar, but with all of the benefits!

I’ve only used this supplement for a few weeks, but so far, so good. They taste like sour apple candy and I’ve had zero negative effects.
I’ll most likely just buy organic ACV, add a drop of raw manuka honey and gulp it down to save money in the future m.
