Didn’t notice too much of an effect in the beginning, but over time it helps retain muscle mass or look bigger. Haven’t had any side effects, easy to swallow pills

Although, my most recent order of this creatine somehow did not make it to me, I was purchasing my second bottle because I was really surprised how well it worked. I had went back to the gym after a long long while when I first bought it and it helped immensely with the terrible muscle pain that you get when started a new workout regimen. Within a few hours I noticed that the muscle pain was much more manageable. As I have continued to use it, I started taking 2 tablets before my workouts instead of after and I noticed that I had way more stamina and was working out longer and harder than before. The capsules are little on the bigger side but I personally don’t have problems swallowing them. They don’t really have a smell either. They are a little pricey but I feel like the price it actually worth it. I will say that when I first started taking them I think they made me retain extra water all over, but after consistently taking them for a few weeks that went away.

These do what I need them to do: deliver 5g of creatine monohydrate to my system per day to facilitate adenosine triphosphate (ATP) production for my lifting. Yes, the capsules are large. If you have trouble with large pills then perhaps they’re not for you. I swallow them with no problem.
Someone complained about “filler.” Well, any capsule usually comprises gelatin, which dissolves quickly in the stomach, and magnesium stearate, too, to keep the capsules from sticking to each other in the manufacturing process and in the bottle. So that’s your “filler.” If you want creatine, or anything else, in capsule form you’ll have to live with the gelatin and the mag stearate.
Someone also complained about shady marketing on the label. I can’t understand that. It says clearly “Creatine 2500 caps” in the center and in the corners of the label “2.5g creatine monophosphate” and “300 capsules,” the latter in print as large as the “2500 caps.” Perhaps a marketer thought that making the “2500 caps” large and in the center of the label would make you think there are 2500 capsules in the bottle. Well, look at the label. I didn’t find it difficult to read the “300 capsules.”
These capsules don’t bother my stomach at all. I take them with food, as is recommended. Perhaps on an empty stomach they cause problems. Many medications do. I don’t want to mess with mixing powders and liquids. The capsule is a convenient form that bolsters the ATP I need for my lifting. I didn’t “load” them at the beginning. Just 5g a day from the start. No complaints. Am about to order my second bottle.

The pills on this are large, but they’re in the plastic casing, which makes them easy to swallow. I take these along with my protein shake after my workout, and I have noticed that I am much more able to recover from my workout using this product

This made taking creatine a lot more convenient as I no longer had to make a drink to mix it with, I could just pop a pill. They are on the larger side, but they still go down easy.
