My go to brand was discontinued and I was hopping around brands as a replacement. I like this brand. The granuals are large and the product appears authentic. Hair is still long and healthy.

I took a pic of the package as it was different from description photo. Serving size is 1 teaspoon =4 grams. That is what I wanted. The label in Amazon’s photo is wrong. I saw negative reviews about this and I think it was just the bad label.
Too soon to see if it is helping my hair skin and nails. I take with vitamin C. Heard that helps it work. Yes it is bitter but I mix it with only a small amount of water and then drink fresh water as a chaser.

Estuve investigando para ver qué MSM comprar y al final llegué a la conclusión de que el único que ofrece verdadera GARANTIA de pureza es el OPTIMSM que está fabricado en USA, y es precisamente ése MSM el que vende Kala Health, así que es perfecto!

I’ve been taking MSM in this form for years. ALL the powder/granular type you mix and drink has a bitter taste and there’s no getting around it. Taste doesn’t bother me because I drink it down fast and then eat a couple bites of food. First time trying this brand though and found it dissolved more easily & quickly. Pain/discomfort relief is excellent which is quick for me. I take a combo joint support in tablet form also which has MSM, but need more on certain days when I overuse knees, hips and shoulders and it keeps me from having to swallow more huge, hard pills! When I remember to take it every day, consistently, I can expect to be able to walk, climb stairs all day and not complain…and it hasn’t let me down. I can tell it works because I travelled this week and forgot to bring my powder..did a lot of walking and loaded and unloaded heavy medical cabinet and drove home several hours, carried it inside and was sore. Mixed up a glass of MSM and drank before bed. I was much more comfy sleeping that nite and when I got up the next morning. No auto-reminder stiffness of abused muscles & joints! Love this stuff!! Price is good and will continue to order and order as long as it’s available!

Hace tiempo estuve investigando y descubrí que el MSM más puro que hay es el que se llama OptiMSM, fabricado en EE.UU. Antes lo compraba en una tienda online, pero ya no lo tienen y estoy super contento de que Kala Health venda este MSM concretamente, pues ahora lo puedo conseguir fácilmente de nuevo online cada vez que lo necesito.

It’s really bitter. I can’t drink it in a glass of water but I can drink it if its mixed in with my protein water. Still not great, but doable. Having said that, it’s really amazing how much relief I get in my arthritic wrist when I use this product. My hair & nails are benefiting too.

The directions of the Kala MSM as advertised on Amazon says serving size 2 level tsp which equals 2 grams. 125 servings per container. I used this information to make my decision about buying this.
The product I received says 1 tsp. equals 4 grams and has 62 servings. I am not happy at all and of course it is non-returnable. This is a huge difference in serving size. I only want to take 1 gram per day which according to the documentation on my product is 1/8 th of a tsp. I don’t even have a 1/8 measuring spoon!
I’ll be contacting the company…..and won’t purchase this again.

I bought this because of the quadruple distillation process AND that it’s manufactured here in the United States…2 important factors to me! I use this in my morning “SUPER DRINK” that I concocted using several health giving ingredients. I can use the full 1 teaspoon full without the bitterness I had with another MSM product I used before. This, along with other things I use has helped with my joint pain…I’ve suffered multiple injuries to my spine (disc rupture, desiccation/drying out, etc), hands and just about every other joint by this point in my body’s history. From falls of horses, to falls off my little red wagon as a dumb kid, to being rear-ended by a inattentive driver…accumulative damage hurts! This helps joint health, strengthens keratin in the skin (the fabric of your body), can help alleviate allergy symptoms and other good stuff! I encourage health curious people to read and learn about MSM and see if it can help improve the quality of your life! I’m an RN and have worked with a lot of orthopedic patients as well as aesthetic patients, burn patients, etc and I encourage folks to look into this product as to what benefits it may hold for you after thorough scrutiny of the facts and your own personal health considerations.
