I’ve been using this post work out as well as after a hard bike ride where I can’t get food right away. I find it helps blunt my appetite and boost my energy until I’m able to get to a solid meal. Flavor is good. I find things to be too sweet most of the time and I don’t think this is too sweet.

This is my favorite BCAAs. It works great, tastes amazing, and has only GOOD ingredients (no crap like most BCAA powders!!). Love this company and all of their products!!

These taste so bad, they are bitter but worst is the after taste and smell. It tastes like how old protein in a shaker bottle smells it. I really wanted to like these because I love the ingredients and I love Mike. I’m an avid watcher of his YouTube. But the taste is unbearable. I have to return this.
