I’ll start with the good. Very Dissolvable and happens fast.
Now the bad.
The taste is horrible. Followed the instructions to a T on mixing and it has a distinct taste that is not quite “rotten” but that’s the best way I describe it as if I got a bad batch.
I tried other ways of taking it like diluting it, mixing up the amount of scoops. More scoops just makes the terrible taste more aggressive and more water just makes it take longer to drink.
I’m not picky, and I’ve tried to get through it but at after day three I couldn’t choke it down anymore.
I tried to replace it thinking it was a bad batch or flavor, but Amazon says it’s not eligible for returns, I can understand given it’s not supplement but this is just a warning for anyone else looking to try this, go with something else.

The taste is like barf but I’ve gotten used to it. I make a drink with Optimal Aminos, electrolyte powder, and AIM barley grass juice powder. I feel like super woman after I drink it.

I’ve read a lot of reviews that form their judgement because the flavor isn’t perfect. Here’s the thing folks, this is a dietary supplement for adding protein to your diet. It’s great for weightlifting fuel so your body has an efficient way of utilizing protein for muscle growth.
This is not a flavored drink mixer for your office water bottle you carry around. Nobody complains about the flavor of the antibiotics they have to take for an infection because it’s about what it does, not how it tastes. Treat your protein supplement the same. Get a protein supplement that is processes efficiently, no fillers and extra calories, and has the highest utilization in your body. Mix it with water and knock it down with intention.

A product with this much demand shouldn’t taste this bad . I’d almost prefer aspirin flavor compared to the berry . Or a choice other thn it. It’s a great product but tht flavor is really off and they know it. Until they rival have competition it’s gonna stay too.

Great results from taking PA amino but it was expensive. I then discovered this product for half the price while maintaining same formula without all the crazy marketing, earning “points”, subscriptions that can only be cancelled by phone certain hours…no thanks.
PLUS I love the taste of this much better. Can’t wait to try their new variety of flavors with the On The Go packets!!!

This is, by far, the worst tasting ANYTHING I have had. I used as directed and immediately spit it out. I tried adding more water but the terrible taste lingers in your mouth. When I asked the company for a replacement flavor or refund, their response was to add other things to make it more palatable. I did not buy this so I could create a cocktail that I could swallow. So not only is it undrinkable, the company did absolutely nothing to try and make it right.

Omg!! My behind and hips have grown quickly with this supplement! I cant get over it. The flavor had me grabbing my throat at first. But now I can get it down no cringe. I got used to it and sip on it. So the flavor you can get over. And when you see what it does for you.. honey. I’m telling you!! Whew. I got hips now! It’s a new staple for me : )

I really like this product, think it is making a difference with my muscle building. With that being said, the powder formulation is just horrible tasting!!! I can choke down a lot of things but this one is hard. I had to buy a raspberry flavoring to cover the chemical taste. Just gonna get the pill form from now on
