I’ve been taking these for the past week and the first thing I’ve noticed was the taste. The green apple flavor is a nice change to the standard berry and citrus flavors that most companies use. At first, I thought it tasted weird but it grew on me. If you chew them slowly you can taste the ingredients separately which reminded me of that scene from Willy Wonka where Violet chews the dinner gum. Plus, I haven’t turned into a giant blueberry or green apple 😉
Pros:
-The packaging is a great alternative to plastic bottles.
-No artificial food colorants. I’m guessing the spinach powder is where it gets it color from.
-The price is not bad for a 45 day supply.
-Wholesome wellness as advertised. This is a nice combination for digestion, immunity and anti-inflammation.
-Owned by a small business. I feel they tend to pour their heart and soul as opposed to big companies
-Gluten free
Cons:
The Glucose syrup, sugar, and vegetable oil in the ingredients. Given that it contains manual honey (which is more expensive than regular honey) I would’ve preferred more honey and no added sugars. Vegetable oil can be anything and nowadays there are many alternatives. However, I’m not a chemist or food scientist so I can’t suggest one.
My experience:
I’ve taken gummies in the past to help with hair and nails and others for digestive health (apple cider vinegar) I did compare the dosage but considering this is a mix of supplements that work together and not just one, it’s best that I focus the results and not the numbers.
Long story short, I take medication that causes constipation and these gummies helped just like the other ones I used to take. Given the added anti-inflammatory benefits which I’m sure will take time to show, I am happy with this product.
I am not a vegan so I’m neutral as to the vegan alternatives. I would prefer gummies made with bovine collagen so maybe Optimal Prime can introduce a gummy product that uses it.

I purchased this item thinking I would receive a boost of energy and a healthier outcome! This product was nothing to write home about. The taste was good and gummie was the texture of a Swedish Fish, therfore that was most enjoyable part!
