I searched for a long time to find out which Curcumin would best for me.
What made me choose Optima Earth Liquid Gold Circumin was the fact it was more bio available than the powdered Curcumin I’ve been using it for almost 3 weeks and I can honestly say it really helps with my Arthritis and my knees, I walk almost everyday usually anywhere from 3-6 miles and before taking Liquid Gold Curcumin my knees would hurt after I got done walking, I can truthfully say my pain is 95% gone and my need for the pain relievers are no longer..

I purchased this for a friend with MS that was stricken with Covid (Delta). She was vaxxed, and was able to get Regeneron so she recovered quickly. But she had also been taking this Tumeric. When she recovered, she stopped the Tumeric, but found her joints ached terribly. So she now takes this all the time, and her pain has eased. I was happy to hear it. Anecdotal I know, but I think it’s helpful.

This product is so pure..it delivers for me anyway to much heat.
I felt hot, and like I had the flu.
My system couldnt take them.
Stopped taking them all symptoms went away..Will stick with ginger ..

My husband and I both use this product. He has trouble swallowing pills, but these are easy for him because of the size. Much smaller than every other similar product. for me, I think they work as well or better than any other comparable product.

These definitely help with pain and also help me think. Minus 1 star for Polysorbate 80 but then again I could be taking opioids instead.
