I bought this product because of the price at $44 for 2 1/2 lbs. I also bought a competing one for $30 but it was only one pound. I must say that the pricier one is just downright better. It doesn’t clump as much and it really gives you a burst of raw energy along with a better flavor and it lightens the coffee way more with less powder. This one is just not worth it to me. I’ll go ahead and use it up but won’t be buying again. Sorry.

I’ve been on the keto diet for only three weeks now, and I’ve been trying all sorts of MCT oils. Some actual oils, some powdered that are flavored coconut, and this unflavored powder. This is my favorite one so far. Actual oils leaves my stomach just slightly unsettled and that oily feeling in my mouth. And coconut flavored things get tiring really fast when you’re on the keto, to a point where I’m starting to gag at just the thought of it. This unflavored MCT oil powder is the perfect creaminess, without giving some weird flavor, to put in my smoothies or coffee. I love my coffee creamy and sweet, so just a scoop of this and a bit of monkfruit sweetner (keto friendly), makes my morning drink something to look forward to. A little pricey, but I’d still buy again.

There is no coconut taste or any “after taste” at all. It’s just really good. It’s very smooth and mixes well in coffee and especially in my frappès. It works well in a Keto diet; no carbs at all. The only negative thing for me is that, when it is drunk as a hot chocolate on its own, mixed in just hot water, it is somewhat weak and ‘watery’ and not very thick and rich as you would expect of a hot chocolate drink. Nevertheless, it is quite delicious hot with some added sweetener. I would buy it again and I do enjoy it in coffee!

This stuff smells absolutely wonderful. When you open up the package and take a good wiff of it, the aroma is just all cocoa and is so nice. It tastes pretty good, too. If you want sweet, you will have to add some swerve, or something like that. I stay away from sugar. Swerve works pretty good. It works! I’ve been using this product in my coffee for a couple or so weeks now and it works! I consistently get that “I’m awake now” feeling from drinking my coffee with this MCT powder in it. Just a nice, wide awake feeling, not buzzed or hyper alert. I’m going to continue to buy and use Opportuniteas MCT in my coffee. It’s definitely worth the price and I’m going to try the other flavors. Thumbs way up!

This was the first MCT oil powder I’ve ever tried and I quite enjoyed it. Love mixing it in either coffee or tea. It’s been years since I have enjoyed hot tea with milk (I am vegan now), but that is a comforting drink I grew up on. With this product I’m able to recreate my traditional morning beverages in a way that no non-dairy creamer has done, or at least, without heavy amounts of carbs or being more thin than creamy.
I decided to try a different brand this month. It just arrived and I’m having a cup of coffee with it now. It is also wonderful quality, I don’t want to name names because I am so happy there are people out there making products that are good food! However, I had to use two scoops & even resorted to putting my hot drink in the blender to completely emulsify. Not my fav. I’m not a huge review writer, but the difference prompted me to want to give a big SHOUT OUT to OPPORTUNITEAS brand for an amazing product!
Why? 2 reasons: It blends better. I only have to put one scoop in a my hot tea or coffee and it dissolves well. It is all SO MUCH CREAMIER, which is the whole point when you’re replacing coffee creamer.
I have yet to try any other flavor aside from the plain so far. I you’re on the fence and this resonates with you, go ahead and give it a go!

I bought this because it said “DARK CHOCOLATE on the bag and in the listing. I know what Dark Chocolate tastes like.. even when it’s a powder.. and this isn’t dark chocolate. It’s either a very small amount based on the amount of other ingredients OR it’s not really dark chocolate.
It doesn’t have much taste. The texture is nice.. BUT.. texture is worthless when it has zero flavor/taste.
I suppose it might work in a smoothie but it doesn’t work as a hot drink.
I also found that when I added some dark chocolate powder that I have (Hersheys. and it has ZERO sugar), that I got the flavor I liked. But the point is why should I have to buy another product to make this product provide the flavor that they promise.
I am thinking I should return this product because I can get other things that will be more satisfying and have more chocolate flavor than this.

I’ve been using this for about 4 years now. The dark chocolate flavor is not over powering either. Mixes easily in coffee, if you like your coffee chocolate flavor like I do, just need to use a wisk or let sit for a minute to dissolve. The only thing I’m sad about is it’s often out of stock so I haven’t had my mct’s for a few weeks, I refuse to use any other product, they just don’t compare. Please restock soon.
