I have been using this product for almost 2 years and have always liked the results. Onnit has premium quality products and nearly all that I have tried have had great and positive effects.
Pros for this product: It works. If you plan on eating especially if you plan on eating and drinking unhealthy, pop these in 30 mins before you eat to ready your stomach. I have taken this also when I have had a cold and it coupled with medicine and rest have sent me to a quicker than usual recovery.
Cons for this product: I would like a 30 packet or 60 day packet option. I’d get that for sure. The other is that it has made me gassy at times. so be cautious when taking a day prior in doing physical activity like jiu-Jitsu.

I have IBS and have tried multiple ” gut products”. Onnit was recommended by my physician, so I decided to give it a shot. Overall great product and I would definitely recommend it. I have some minor issues\. My take on it is every individual is different with a diverse microbiome, it is worth trying.
Pros:
– relief from mental fog, helps my focus and motivation
– less bloating
– gives you energy and feel balanced throughout the day
Cons:
– There are 7 capsules to take which is excessive.
– I suffered from abdominal pain and mild nausea the first few days of taking it. I believe it is due to the enzymes. Make sure you eat a big meal when taking it and /or you can start taking it slowly with a step-up approach. Start every other day for 3 days and progress to daily.
Maybe ONNIT would make a 2nd gut product with a gradual increase in dosage for people with sensitive stomachs?

So I like the product and does great job. Had on subscribe and save in a 2 pack (only 15 per box so you need 2 boxes for a month obviously). Now I’m being told my order can’t be filled as it’s “temporarily out of stock “.
Sure the reason it’s out of stock is the price went up. I can order single boxes of save item just costs more.
Just would have preferred that Amazon tell the truth instead of saying out of stock. We aren’t stupid.

One of those products i am entirely passionate about because of the difference it makes all around on my well being. I love the packet form so you are able to have all you need for your digestion in one packet! Ever since i have been consistently taking this i noticed less sensitivity to food and a ton more energy! I love love loveee this product!

I really love this product. It’s easy to take, it did not taste bad or upset my stomach and it really worked for me. Broke a cycle of constipation and bloating that I’ve been stuck in for about a decade. It’s very expensive and I wish it were more affordable. Maybe at some point I will brave taking it every other day to be more cost effective, but right now I just want to keep the good results going without any experimentation to see if my body would let me use it a little less frequently. Before trying this product I tried so many different probiotics and digestive enzymes and dietary changes. Slowly enough to give things a chance to work. I tried shelf stable probiotics and fancy refrigerator probiotics that were almost as much as these supplement packs for 1 capsule/day. Nothing helped me until this. I had some success using magnesium supplements, but now I usually don’t need them and when I feel like I could benefit from some magnesium and do take it it works so much better than before I started using total gut health. My body shape is back to what it was and any bloating is slight. I used to only see my true shape maybe in the morning and sometimes not for days due to all my issues. Even when I did see my body unbloated back then it was something I knew wouldn’t last more than a couple hours. Both eating and fasting would bring on intense bloat. I can’t believe that is all over. I thought I might have to just accept it because I couldn’t figure out why, but after using this everything is better. I feel so much better.

While traveling in South America I picked up some terrible stomach bug that wrecked my guts for 6 weeks. I was given two incorrect antibiotics that further ruined my gut flora. When I returned home I was still not well and received a third antibiotic and was still not doing well in terms of trips to the WC. My mother randomly sent me this product in the mail and 3 days into taking it I saw an undeniable improvement in my health. It was breathtaking. I continued to use the rest of the box and generally was on the mends.
Antibiotics wreck gut flora for much longer than that though and over time my gut health slipped back into something clearly unhealthy. It wasn’t the same as the whatever bug I had picked up but something was not right. I remembered what the package looked like and hunted down the maker and it was on Amazon. Yay! Bought it and yet again, 3 days into taking the product again my gut health returned to nearly normal. I was on some 60billion count prebiotic before and it had no effect but this did the trick.
I don’t know if its the cocktail the formulated or whether they have different strains but this has helped me TWICE. Undeniably. I don’t write reviews hardly at all but this is a product worthy of praise. I am grateful for it. Thank you.
